PROVISION OF UPS ROOM WITH ALLIED SERVICES FOR EDP AT CAMERO COMPLEX AND PROVISION OF FLAME PROOF LIGHTS AND FANS AT VARIOUS LIBRARIES AT AFRO CAMERO COMPLEX

Taking down cement plaster etc on brick wall or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposed off unserviceable materials to out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering CM (1:4) 10 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work /ceiling or concrete surfaces etc including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface and applying two coats of distemper/ oil emulsion distemper on ceiling/walls over a coat of primer incl 1.5 mm thick wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for prepration of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of approved shade of oil emulsion distemper, including repairing of pot holes and cracks with putty, up to four storey height building complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted on Ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises and removing the debries outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L Virified Ceramic light shade tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match flooring( in any pattern) and jointed with neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6 and pointed with coloured cement matching with surfaces of tiles as in floor .complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L Virified Ceramic light shade tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.36 but not exceeding 0.72 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match flooring( in any pattern) and jointed with neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6 and pointed with coloured cement matching with surfaces of tiles as in floor including vertical surface of wall such as skirting incl 10mm thick cement plaster (1:4) as in backing coat of tiles and dismentling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
