Fabrication, Erection and testing of factory made pre-assembled power driven blast pen door including top and bottom track and wheels locking arrangement , door bolts, top sealing plate, frame profiles, frame structural members internal/external covering base sheet cladding in all ,Captive Drive Unit , control pannel, connecting cables, electrical items in all respect incluidng installation with all fixing arrangement incluing M&L for construction of RCC foundations for all frames, excavations for foundationa and commissioning all as described in particular specifiction and as per dwgs approved in item 1 above for locations .

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for ground floors and pavings of any thickness (below or above ground level) and including cutting of PQC slab till its complete depth with concrete cutting machine and removal and disposal of demolished concrete's debries to distance exc 250m but n.exc 500 m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for filling construction joint 25mm deep and 10mm wide (using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size ) providing polythene backup rod 12mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (min depth of sealant 12 mm) complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and En 41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF + 30% with ten years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown drawing specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' modular brick straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 over concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparing of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Uprooting and grass cutting on traverse wall all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for filling and raising earth ( For traverses ), upto 6 m height spreading in layer, watering, compacting and finishing to required gradient/ shape including bringing extra earth from outside ministry of defence (MOD) land deposited where directed all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing of nets of polyolefin all weather proof co-polymer, machine knotting using CNC machine with DSLS technology for anti slip knotting, mesh size 20mmx20mm and diameter of twine 01mm with 2mm dia border rope including 2mm dia tie ropes braided/ standard rope of polyolefin coplymers at an interval of 10ft having length of 6ft including fixing at any height / any location all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Providing and injecting low viscosity epoxy grout APCOREP INJECTION GROUT LV having viscosity 200-300 cps into concrete at 150mm to 300 mm centre to centre through Rohibb Injector & nylon nipples of 12 mm dia fixed into 14 mm dia drilled holes at 4-7 kg /cm2 pressure and heavy flexural strength of 110-130 kg / cm2 & bond strength of 80-100 kg / cm2. Grouting to be done in cracks till the nozzle refuses to accept the grout or it flows from the adjacent nozzle and removing the nipples & sealing it with non-shrink epoxy putty EPOXY SEAL. as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring( light,fan, socket or poer) complete including fitting and fixture such as switches, ceiling roses, pendentsregulators sockets, light fittingsetc removing materials to store for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls floors etc all sspecified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) two single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, FRLSH grade in and including In stove enamelled steel open conduit and conduit fittings and all accessories alongwith contineous earth wire PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLSH grade, green colour, up to common earth and connected to earth dolly compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (a) One light controlled by one , one way switch 5 amps complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 13 here-in-before but for 16 Amp socket outlets point controlled by one switch on Independent socket outlet using 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS copper conductor single core multi stranded flexible copper cable 1100V of approved colour code as per IS code for phase and neutral along with PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS 2.5 sqmm multi stranded copper unsheathed cable 1100V (green color) as continuous earth lead wire connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix flame proof Flood light of capacity 120 Watt designed to operate in hazrdous environment where flammable gases or Vapours may present. It should ensure reliable illumination while preventing ignition. The fitting made of aluminum alloy (LM-6) expoy powder coated with in built box of FLP-WP, heat resistant clear glass cover includes fixing on wall and connection as per manufactures recommendations and suitable as per IS/IEC 60079-1. Temperature classification T6 and protection group IP-65 complete all as specified and directed..Make Sudhir/Crompton/Bajaj.

Supply and fixing factory made epoxy powder coated flame proof /weather proof distribution board TPN 8 ways with enclosure size 480x480x250 mm duly flushed on wall and suitable for universal mounting having bus bar not less tha 200 Amps copper neutral bus bar, stranded on DIN rail and cable ties for cable management complete including taking down old DB complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying & fixing in repl MCCB, 4 pole, 100 Amps, 16 KA current rating with adjustable thermal and magnetic setting conforming to IEC-609472 & IS-139473 to be fixed in distribution board complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing MCB single pole 240 volt C curve 10 KA 5 to 32 Amps capacity all as specified and directed incl taking down old one.

M&L for preparing of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN 415 Volt C curve 10 KA 40 to 100 Amps capacity complete all as specified and directed incl taking down old one.

M&L for concealed sub main wiring using three single core PVC insulated, unseathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 6.0 Sqmm of voltage rarting upto and including 1100 volts drawn in and including steel conduit of dia not less than 25mm with all fittings and accessories, along with one run of steeel conduit insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 6.0 Sqmm (green colour) as earth continuity conductor all as specified and directed. (Note : Three runs of single core PVC cable with one run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit)

S & F cable route indicator at the distance of 50 mtrs each made out of 45 x 45 x 5 mm angle iron, 80 mm long embedded in PCC block of suitable size with moulded lettter LT CABLE suitably incribed on CI circular plate 8 mm thick 100 dia including painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer including neccessary PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggrregate) block of suitable size and neccessary earth work and excavation all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning to the under ground electric cable as per SSR Part I 19.75 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and laying un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover conforming to IS:5820 with minimum average breaking load capacity 200 kgs for unreinforced covers , class LV Type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles/stays or repair to hard standing floorsetc all as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping including necessary form work finishingthe cement concrete surfaces even & smooth using extra cement etc all as directed by Engr in charge.

Providing and applying 5mm thick cementitious polyurethane sefl-smoothing anti static flooring on vacuum dewatered/ Heavy duty or other flooring min M25 grade as under:- (i) Carry out surface preparation including grinding / scarification / light shot blasting of concrete surface, proper cleaning, removing of loose mortar, paint residuals, curing compound residues, repairing of floor cracks and dents. (ii) Apply a 1mm scratch coat of PU concrete coating followed by 2mm thick PU concrete flooring and then laying of copper tape in grid format as per manufacturers specification, followed by laying of conductive middle coat ESD primer 100 microns DFT and finished with 2mm thick, dissipative grade polyurethane concrete coating system having compressive strength of => 40 Mpa, tensile strength of => 8 Mpa as per ASTM D 638, providing a resistance of 10-4 to 10-6 Ohm to be applied in desired colour and finish.(This shall be done using slow speed drill and poured on as per manufacturer’s specification. Than level the material using serrated trowel and the same with spiked nylon roller to remove slight trowel marks and entrapped air from the material.) (iii) Anchorage grooves should be cut to a minimum depth and width of 2mmX2mm the flooring thickness to be laid, at the edges, day jointes, up stands, drains, doorway including all tools and tackles as per manufacturer’s specifications and at regular points across the floor etc.

“Supply and fix Turbo forced exhaust Fan axial type having corrosion resistant body, minimal noise operation and maint free designed, totally enclosed heavy duty motor with pressure die cast aluminum rotor mounted on to ball bearing, aerodynamic concurred blades to handle maximum air with minimum power consumption having rigid frame with rubber mounting for silent operation conforming to IS : 2312-1967, single phase, IP -55 rated of min specification sweep 600mm ,240V , 50 Hz with air flow 3000 M3/h and noise level of 60 dB-65 dB. The same shall be provided as per approved design on the basis of the following:- The Blast pen is enclosed by power-driven sliding doors on both sides. When in the fully closed position, all three door panels on each side remain within designated wall pockets, creating enclosed volumes at either end of the pen. To ensure proper ventilation of the blast pen during closure and to maintain zero light ingress, the following provisions shall be made:- (i) Provision for Exhaust Fans : The contractor shall provide exhaust ventilation units of adequate capacity in each gate will pocket to extract air from the blast pen when the doors are in closed position. (ii) Mounting and configuration: (a) Exhaust fans shall be mounted within the sliding door pockets in such a way that they do not obstruct gate movement. (b) The installation shall ensure zero light transmission into the pen through use of light-proof louvers or baffles. (c) Fan mounting shall include weather proof, vermin-proof, and sound-dampened enclosures. (iii) Approval : (a) The detailed design, including location, mounting arrangement, noise control, and electrical connections , shall be carried out by the contractor and submitted alongwith the design of the gate for approval of GE. (b) The design shall be comply with relevant IS/IEC standards for industrial ventilation and motor protection. (iv) Power Supply: Power supply for exhaust fans shall be tapped from the existing motorized gate systems with appropriate protections, isolators, and wiring to be provided by the contractor. (v) Testing and Commissioning : The contractor shall test the system for airflow, automation, and sealing integrity. A minimum of 90% of the specified air follow capacity shall be demonstrated during testing. Make:- Havells/ Crompton/ Standard.
