Installation of Bed Elevator in the Newly Constructed Building at Cantonment General Hospital, Delhi Cantt.

LIFT at Cantonment General Hospital, Delhi Cantt Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 20 Passenger Lift (1360 kgs or more) (G+2) lifts having contract speed of 1.0 MPS serving different floors in the lift shaft as per detailed specification enclosed and as under:

Type of machine-Machine room Less & permanent magnet synchronize motor. Type of lift 20 Passengers Load :1360 kgs or more Speed : 1.0 m/s Floors: 3 (G+2 Upper Floors) Travel : 14 metres (approx.) No of Floors : Ground +2 Upper Floors Stops & Openings: 3 Stops (0, 1, 2) - 3 openings same side Controller - A.C. Variable voltage & Variable frequency (VVVF) Automatic rescue device with dry maintenance free battery of required capacity. Power 415Volts + 10%, 3Phase ,50 Hz AC. Type of Doors:- Car: Power operated - Centre opening sliding glass doors made of Stainless steel Hairline Finish.

Landing Doors & door frame - power operated - Centre opening sliding doors & door frame shall be Stainless steel glass door. Landing doors shall have a fire resistance of 2 hr. Lift car ceiling: It shall have a small circular LED-lights & Regular Fan. Ceiling shall be of Stainless Steel mirror finish. Flooring:- Granite superior quality in design and pattern as approve by the Engineer-in-charge. Lift shall have all the features as per Accessible India Norms updated till date and shall be installed in compliance with the norms. Braile system push buttons of minimum dimensions of 20mm with height of the letter size 15mm including all facilities for physically challenged persons. Voice announcement system in the car to announce the position of the elevator in the hoistway as car passes or stops at a floor served by the elevator, complete with Automatic operated control panel and signals, lift car, car safety devices as per IS:14665 and as amended upto date. Note:- 1) Voice announcement shall be operative during operation of ARD also. 2) During ARD operation lights/ emergency light and fan shall be in working condition. If required separate inverter should be provided for which nothing extra shall be paid.

GI boxes for control buttons shall be provided at height of 800 to 1000 mm from ground level in all landings. Call buttons shall be provided at height as recommended by OEM COP: 1 Nos Car operating panels shall be provided in the lift.at a height as recommended by OEM Audio visual over load indicator Fireman switch at ground floor 2 way 3 station inter communication system / Telephone system. LED fittings with necessary lux level as per latest NBC and noise free ventilation fan inside lift car Granite flooring inside Lift car Digital position indicators (in car and at all landings) RS 485 Module for BMS Integration All civil works related to successful installations of lifts including scaffolding, fixing of MS frames, channels, weights etc, Scaffolding lift shaft lighting and controls as per specifications. Automatic shut off fan to be provided battery operated Emergency light and alarm bell to be provided

In the event of requirement of lift generated on the fewer side or due to non feasibility for installation of lift, the amount of work orders placed under the contract may accordingly vary on negative side beyond deviation limit incorporated in the RFP. In the event of contract amount going on the lower side the contractor shall not be entitled to any compensation on account of deemed profit or otherwise and this shall be an explicit condition to the contract. All contractors are explicitly advised to visit the site to understand infrastructure the bidder shall be required to maintain. It shall be deemed that the bidder has visited the site before quoting his bid & has totally understood the obligations the successful bidder shall be required to perform under the contract.
