Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:5:10(1Cement : 5 coarse sand: 10 graded stone aggregate,40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level etc., complete.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and frame work, using MS angles,channels,beams, pipes, tubes, plates including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position with necessary wooden/steel scaffolding including providing applying two or more coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of approved steel primer all complete.
