Providing and laying ( to level or slope) 900 mm dia ( Nine hundred millimetre) diameter reinforced cement concrete heavy duty non pressure pipes IS class NP-2 for culverts on first class bedding type "A" concrete cradle bedding M15 (M- fifteen) grade in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement: two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation,protection works,back filling, bedding concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and MORD technical specifications section 1100 or and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidental.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, return walls, wing walls and retaining walls complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 1203 and 1604 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing Weepholes in brick masonary / stone masonary / plain / re-enforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall, retaining walls with 100 mm (one hundred millimetre) dia meters, PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with a slope of 1 (one) vertical : 20 (twenty) horizontal towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 709, 1206.6 and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of size 90mm to 45mm ( ninty millimetre to forty five millimetre) Grading-I [100mm (one hundred millimetres) consolidated thickness] to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 13.2mm ( thiteen point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.27 cum ( zero point two seven cubic metres) per ten square metres and binding material at the rate 0.08 cum ( zero point zero eight cubic metre) to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 405 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidental The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying,spreading and compacting 75 mm (Seventy five millimeter ) thick stone aggregate size 53mm to 22.4 mm (fifty three millimetre to twenty two point four millimetre) Grading-III , 75mm (seventy five millimetre) consolidated thick to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening such as moorum or gravel at the rate of 0.23 (zero point two three cubic metre) per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compating to the required density as per MORD technical specifications clause No. 405 an including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying primer coat on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of the road surface with Hydaulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.85 Kg. Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five killograme) per sqm on prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface/granular surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification section 500 or as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materails with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including the octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax,GST, or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of 20 mm (twenty millimetre) thickness open-graded premix carpet by machanical means composed of 13.2 mm (thirteen point two millimetre) to 5.6 mm (five point six millimetre) aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen (VG-10) (viscosity grade ten) 14.60 kg (fourteen point sixty killogram) per ten square metre grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508 and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materails with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying seal coat by mannual means sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510 using bitumen (VG-10) (viscosity grade ten) 6.80 kg (six point eighty killogram) per 10 (ten) square metre and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materails with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
