M & L for Preparation of old distempered surface of wall including cornices etc by brooming down, steel wire brushing ,scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots removing nails and filling small holes by putty and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted complete all as specified.

All as per item No 01 above but applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted on ceiling complete all as specified.

M&L for one coats painting with synthetic enamel paint to old wood or wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 CM width or girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified.

M&L for one coats painting with synthetic enamel paint to old steel or steel l based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 CM width or girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description from brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.,complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick plastering in cement mortar with Nano fiiler 1: Cement 1: Sand 3 on concrete surfaces as in sides of column, lintel, beam, chajja, facia, railing, RCC wardrobe etc including finish the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified. Material and labour for 20mm thick plaster in cement mortar with Nano wall filler 1: cement 1: sand 4 in two layers, i.e 10mm thick in each layer, top layer mixed with integral water proofing admixture as per manufacturers instruction on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified. Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar with Nano wall filler 1: cement 1: sand 6 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Make : I-canNano / Thermax / Shalimar

Complete removal of existing treatment & levelling of wall/ceiling surface using MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL OPERATED SANDING / SCRAPING MACHINE WITH INBUILT VACCUM SUCTION system to suck the existing treatment as retrieved by scrapping/sanding etc for obtaining smooth paintable surface complete all as specified.
