Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil (between road and drain) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor & pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above GL complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 500 mtr and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stoneware) set in cement mortar 100 mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Use & Waste form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs and lintels, chajja landing and similar work exc 200mm thick.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips compete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made precast reinforced cement concrete manhole cover (RCC 1:2:4, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) 70 mm thick (Square/rectangular/circular) with and including 8mm dia mild steel, TMT reinforcement Bar @ 150mm centre to centre Both ways and placed over manholes at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made precast reinforced cement concrete manhole cover(RCC 1:2:4, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) 100 mm thick (Square/rectangular/circular) with and including 10mm dia mild steel TMT reincorecent Bars @ 150mm centre to centre Both ways and placed over manholes at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made precast cement concrete frame (PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) of size 90 cm x 90 cm x 50 mm thick and height 125 mm, for placing manhole cover and fixed at site over manholes with cement slurry complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new mains pipe making good to pipes rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finish and reforming benching as required, internal dia of pipe 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of polymeric based chemical (Dr fixit/ Fosroc/ Pidilite) as per manufacturers instruction over bottom and sides of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Bands; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; window guard bar; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling courses all as specified and directed.

M&L for Joint Free non skid coloured ceramic floor tiles 400mmx400mmx 7 to 8mm thick as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles including 15mm thick screed bed layer in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for high lighter concept glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x450x7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skiting/dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the shade tile over and including 10mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of wall tiles/floor tiles of any description and any thickness in laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.

Taking up or down steel water tubing 15 mm bore and connections from trenches, walls/ floors including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as directed.

Supply, laying and testing galvanised steel water tubing 20mm bore medium grade including new GI fittings ISI marked i.e elbow, socket, plug, socket reducer, tee union, etc fixed to walls, laid in floors including cutting chases for concealed water tubing and making good in Cement Mortar (1:3), cutting not exc 10 cm girth in brick wall/floor etc complete all as specified.

M&L for cleaning of manholes/Septic tanks/soakage pits/etc of any size and depth by hydraulic operated high pressure suction sewer cleaning machine having suitable tank cap incl skilled driver operator & labour and removal of sludge/ silt /liquid/ mud in foul position and disposing the same out side MD premises complete all as specified and directed. Note: The measurement shall taken for sludge in semi solid form only.

M&L for cleaning of chocked sewer line of dia 100 mm to 300 mm in any depth by hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine having jetting tank capacity of 3000 ltrs and 260 LPM with min 145 bar, suction flow of 10200 LPM incl skilled driver & operator supervising Engineer for cleaning of chocked sewer line including providing water for jetting and removal of sludge/silt/liquid / mud and sand (in foul position) etc out side the MD Premises all as specified and as directed. Note: Length shall be measured between manhole to manhole only.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan not exc 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 55.00 here in before but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces/ unfair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces with 3% WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar (1:6) on fair/other than fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china sqatting pan (Orissa pattern) of size 580mm x 440 mm white with `P' or `S' trap cast iron, front or back inlet, incl demolition of old WC & floor etc & fixing the WC in PCC 1:5:10 type E-2(using40mm graded stone aggregate) incl making good PCC/Terrazo floor/tiles matched with existing floor & making connection to flush pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only vitreous china squatting pan (Orissa pattern) of size 580mm x 440 mm white with `P' or `S' trap cast iron complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet (Pedestal pattern) white complete and plastic seat cover white, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hing device etc including connection to out let, flushing cistern, making good floor to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in path/plinth protection and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and joints filled with mastic filling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling & mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sand (30 mm thickness) for cushioning to interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast rubber moulded concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade made with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dewatering the sewage well and removing all mud/sludge, etc in foul position out of the well by manually, cleaning the well with fresh water to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. (Size of sewage well (5.00 mtr dia, 8.0 mtr depth).

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling courses all as specified and directed.

M&L screeding 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 in floors to receive tiles, etc complete all as specified and directed.
