1. Providing existing damaged CC Road Cutting as per the direction of departmental officers etc., Complete

2.Dismantling the Existing damaged R.C.C slab as per the direction of departmental officers etc., Complete

4.Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 cum. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 10m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

5.Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

6.Supplying and laying of Stone ware pipe including necessary jointing materials link, cement etc. complete for 230 mm dia pipe.

7.Supplying and erecting SHUTTTERING including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as Vertical walls etc, using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60Cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles for boarding supported by Casuarinas props at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

8.Cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, three sand and six aggregate ) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for All CC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing etc., complete fixtures in CC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

9.PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5(one cement and five sand by volume) 12mm thick for all internal/external surfaces like super structure, rainwater, ducts, elevation in all floors complying with standard specifications.

10.Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and sofits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RCC SLABS, with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm * 25mm * 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm X 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarinas props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete and as directed.

11.Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification.

12.Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and a half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm hard broken granite stone jelly for All RCC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing, vibrator charges etc., complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in RCC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

13.Supplying and fixing 600mm dia Circular SFRC man hole cover complete complying with standard specification.

14.Refilling with excavated earth including watering and ramming and making the surface to the existing ground level.

15. Providing BT Road Cutting for pipe line as per the direction of departmental officers etc., Complete

16.Cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggregate) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all CC items of work excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing etc., complete fixtures in CC works wherever necessary as directed by Deparmental officer etc., complete.

17.Conveying the excavated earth from the site to the distance of 15kms out side of the city limit including all initial lead, lift, loading and unloading with transportation charges etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers.
