Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete /sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in PCC path/ hard standing finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding, using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions laid to proper slope and gradient, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing liquid compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid integral water proofing admixture of Make: Pidilite or its equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment finished with coloured rubber finish on top, finished over sand dust cushion of 30mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered tiles 300 x 300 x 25mm thick, rubber finished, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, plinth courses including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, cooking platforms etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick machine cut cudappa stone slab over 15mm thick cement screed base laid in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and likes in cemnet mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cemnet (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding, but not backing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x 450x 6-7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
