Material and Labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick/concrete walls finished even and smooth with out using extra cement (height of buildings upto 20 metre, quoted rates shall include all necessary scaffolding/safety precautions etc)

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick/concrete walls finished even and smooth with out using extra cement (height of buildings upto 20 metre, quoted rates shall include all necessary scaffolding/safety precautions etc)

M&L applying two coats of exterior emulsion weather proof paint over a coat of primer on new plaster wall surfaces including prepration complete all as specified and as directed (Make/Brand Name : Asian Paints(Apex ultima), Berger Paints(Weather coat All Guard)(height of buildings upto 20 metre, quoted rates shall include all necessary scaffolding/safety precautions etc)

M&L complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall for finishing walls with 100% premium acrylic external emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm. (height of buildings upto 20 metre, quoted rates shall include all necessary scaffolding/safety precautions etc)

Supply & fix Solar control film 50 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers

Supply and fix in repairs of venetian blinds, vertical type, 100 mm slot width of approved fabric and powder coated aluminium top railsetc complete all as specified, including dismantlilng old damaged one completecomplete all as specified and as directed. Note:The colour,design and shade shall be as approved by GE.( Make Vista/Amar)

Writing letters to bldg name and Nos in triangle ,Painting lines dashes, arrows, letters, etc like exceeding 10 cement mortar b not exceeding 30 cement mortar wide white,black golden,& yellow, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr In Charge..

Material and Labour for Preparation of old surface and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on walls surfaces complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(height of buildings upto 20 metre, quoted rates shall include all necessary scaffolding/safety precautions etc)

All as per item No 12 here in before, but one coat of oil bound distemper on ceiling

M&L Preparation of old concrete surfaces as in kerb stone of any description over 10cement mortar girth or width and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cement mortar wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down PVC (SWR) pipes any dia.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed 160 mm bore including all fittings like bends & shoe laid in floor trenches/wall.(height of buildings upto 20 metre, quoted rates shall include all necessary scaffolding/safety precautions etc)

Supply and fix 110 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix 75 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110 mm dia of bore.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) bends any radius 75 mm dia of bore.

S&F in repair 3mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.5 sqm each panes complete all as specified.

Demolition of RCC as in Chajja of fourth storey building or height upto and including 15 metre etc., including cutting old reinforcement to facilitate demolition complete

Taking down existing any type of handle from any type of mild steel window shutters through cutting and fixing mild steel handle of size 100mm in the same window shutter by welding. The rates should be include the following aspect :- (a) Cutting of existing handle from window shutter. (b) Fixing of 100mm mild steel handle in the same window shutter by welding. (c) Easing and adjusting the shutter before refixing if found required. (d) Finishing the surface in all respect to match with the existing surface. (e) Necessary scafolding for building height upto and including 12 metre or 4 storey which ever is high is included in the item no extra payment shall be made.

Supply and fixing of armstrong ceiling system with fine fissured edge tiles having humidity resistance (RH) of 95%, NRC 0.34 light reflectance approx 84% Thermal conductivity K=0.052 - 0.057.
