Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation etc. or for manholes, cesspits, shafts etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of sluge/siltation from drain, culvert, shafts etc n. exc 1.5 m depth, and removed from site exc 500 mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/stone/PCC block built in cement mortar of any description and in any position.

M&L brick work in CM (1:6) with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work in CM (1:6) with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick work (laid in flat or edge)or brick tiles in floors , channels kerb appron etc laid bedded and pointing in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sub class 'B' bricks laid flat, in floors (old size bricks) bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) & pointed in cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub class 'B' bricks laid flat, in floors (old size bricks) bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) & pointed in cement mortar (1:3) but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 in surface channel and drain type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course, coping, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on wall surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced (reinforcement cut as required) of any description and any position, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre cast RCC 1:1½:3 nominal mix type B-1 as in landing, culvert ,manhole cover and set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed. Note - Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Mild Steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered / stopped ends etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Add to or deduct from item No 24 hereinbefore for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm inner girth complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories)

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm dia single socketed in any length fixed to walls as wiphol, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110mm dia, PVC (SWR) Pipes single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints laid in trenches or floor/wall and making good the surface all as specified and directed by the EIC.

Demolition and breaking up RCC drain pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out from trenches if required internal diameter 300 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Renforced concrete pipe 300 mm bore NP2 drain pipe laid in trenches and jointed, complete with collars incl testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall or floor tilling including cement mortar bedding, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and no pigment 30cm x 30 cm x 25mm thick , over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand filling under floors/hardstanding or in foundations including watering and ramming.

M&L 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block manufactured from ordinary portland cement any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion & making good disturbed ground embedded in normal ground.

All as per item No 35 but embedded in PCC.

Dismantling barbed wire from fencing of any type and size.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc. 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50 m and making surface good in soft / loose soil.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel section Fe-290 (Gde E-165) for Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel screw bars 10mm dia & cover, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends & binding with including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to GD-1, IS-432 (Part-I).

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal /square heads at one end & screwed the other/ screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers & one hexagonal or square nut,length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long dia of shank 5 to 10 mm.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standardss, rails, straining etc, including provision of binding wire. (Supply of chain link fencing is catered in the succeeding items)

Supply only chain link fencing having MS galvanised iron wire of 3.90 to 4.0 mm dia of any height of mesh not more than 100mm x 100 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F galvanised , 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of stamdard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etcas directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.
