Execution of works

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

20 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications: Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar

Providing and laying tactile tile (for vision impaired persons as per standards) of size 300x300x9.8mm having water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make in all colours and shades in outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning and removal of deposited soil from the ancient canal inside the complex.

Provision for photogrammetric survey with the help of GPS enabled drone of the monument and its periphery upto 10 m to make 3 dimensional visualization of the whole structure by any recognized firm/agency including all cost etc. complete

Provision for detailed architectural drawing of whole structure (such as plan, elevation, sections, top view, side view etc.) of the monument structure by any recognized Firm/Agency including all cost etc. complete.

Brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand

Fitting and fixing of best quality 2 Watt bollard garden lights with 150x150x6mm M.S. plate welded at bottom and embedded 150mm in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size, including necessary excavation of size 250x250x450mm inside the complex: Garden light bollards - 80 nos. 2.5 mm copper wire (2 core) = 3 coil 25 mm alkathene pipe - 3 coil 40 amp MCB wih Box - 04 nos Earthwork in excavation- 12.50 cum Cement concrete 1:3:6 – 0.50 cum Centring/shuttering – 19.20 sqm M.S. plate 3 mm thick with accessories (size: 0.15 x 0.15 m) – 80 nos.

Renewing lime concrete in (1:2:4) of lime, surkhi and brick aggregate mixing with organic materials including beating upto 7 days to the floor and roof after removal of old damaged decomposed and deteriorated lime concrete/rubbish etc Labour: 1.
