Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(16.68)

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineerin-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).(16.84)

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.15.25

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :25 mm thick (DSR 11.26.1)

Providing and fixing golden champ wood chowkhat (kiln seasoned) including cost of corner straps, iron hold fasts, hinges, screws,nails, fevicol etc. and painting two coats of wood preserver to sides of chowkhats. Rate includes the cost of dismantling of all damaged chowkhats and making good the damage to walls plaster and floors as required including, refixing of existing grills / doors, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground the rate further includes the cost of painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge NS

Providing and fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) glazed window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with 4mm thick floated glass pane fixed with 1/2"x3/4" golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 2 nos. 3" hinges, 2 nos. Aluminium tower bolts 4", Aluminium handles 1 nos., I-hook and two coats of special quality enamel paint over coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Repair of deteriorated RCC balconies , beams, walls , ceiling, coloumn or other conc surface having exposed rusted bars consisting of following operations. (a) Chipping of conc surface 25mm thick average depth afterwards removal of loose conc and exposing the steel bars. Cleaning the surface properly to remove dust particles and rust from the steel bars.(b) Moistening the surface properly and applying acrylic polymer (acrocrete/ pidilite/ mastercrete or its equivalent) coating mixed with cement for proper bonding of old and new concrete in two coats 0.2 kg per 1kg of cement. (c) Providing and fixing chicken mesh of standard size and 26 gauge with steel reinforcement by using binding wire and nails complete. (d) Providing and placing of cement concrete 1:1,1/2:3 having average thickness 1" (3/4" to 1.1/4" thick) mixed with acrylic polymer admixture @ 1 kg per bag of cement and waterproof agent @ 400ml per two bags of cement including finishing the surface complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
