Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thick above or below ground level all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified.

Dismantling of wall/ceiling board as in ceiling and lining of any gauge or any thickness including cover fillets all as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc completed all as specified.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each complete all as specified.
