Schedule 'A' Section - I

Excavation in trenches hard/dence not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth (for taking up or laying of pipes/cables) and getting out and forming bottom surface to gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soils to a distance n.exc 50 mm and deposited at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L steel water tubing galvanised 100 mm bore medium grade in trenches/under roads/floors etc incl,tee, bend , union , flange and all fittings including taking up or down 100mm bore steel water tubing pipe removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs gun metal gate valve 50 mm bore with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes and fixed complete in existing location complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting down leaking piece of pipe 100mm. Cut down the rusted & leaking portion , providing (i) new piece of GI pipe 100 mm medium grade upto 0.50 metre long (ii) New union socket 100 mm - 1 Nos. (iii) Jointing the new pipe with existing old pipe by means of welding to make it leakproof including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted shall be included for (a) Necessary excavation/earth work (b) New GI pipe 100 mm upto 0.50 metre length (c) union & socket 100mm - 1 Nos each. (d) welding etc complete including testing on complete.

Cutting down leaking piece of pipe 80mm. Cut down the rusted & leaking portion , providing (i) new piece of GI pipe 80 mm medium grade upto 0.50 metre long (ii) New union socket 80 mm - 1 Nos. (iii) Jointing the new pipe with existing old pipe by means of welding to make it leakproof including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted shall be included for (a) Necessary excavation/earth work (b) New GI pipe 80 mm upto 0.50 metre length (c) union & socket 80mm - 1 Nos each. (iii) Jointing the new pipe with existing old pipe by means of welding to make it leakproof including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted shall be included for (a) Necessary excavation/earth work (b) New GI pipe 20 mm upto 0.50 metre length (c) union socket & 20mm - 1 Nos each. (d) welding etc complete including testing on complete.

Supplying and fixing MS flange for 100 mm bore pipes, 20 mm thick and 200 mm outer dia having 8 holes drilled for 15 mm dia bolts for jointing with the existing pipes, duly welded with pipes/fittings bends properly to both the plain ends complete all as specified. and directed.

Material & labour for flanged joint for 100 mm bore pipes including compressed asbestos fiber gasket 3 mm thick and 8 Nos nuts, bolts of size 15 mm dia and 100 mm length with 2 Nos washers 3 mm thick to joint pipes/fittings etc complete all as specified.

Taking out the old ordinary unserviceble water level indication of any type and size and S&F rope & counter weight type water level indicator complete with heavy duty float, counter weight, rope guide pulley, heavy duty stainless steel/copper rope line and display board made out of 3 mm thick 300 mm wide sheet steel display duly painted for semi UG sumps. Display shall be errected on ground or fitted with tank, all as specified and directed

Supply and fix maintenance free, ready to use, flat plate flooded lead acid battery conforming to - IS 14257-1995, JIS-D5301-1999 & I S7372-1995 standard 12V , 180 Ah Genset battery complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.( Note :- Old U/S battery will be deposited in MES Store Yard)

Supply and fixing battery leads 1.2mtr (Red and black )with terminal fixing compete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only alum sulphate (crystal) of best quality complete all as specified.

Supply only Aquafit (Calcium Hypo Chloride) high strength granular disinfactant for treatment of drinking water complete all as specified.

S& F in repair 3 Layer Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete incl fixing 4 Nos GI strip of required size and shape ie alongwith diameter and vertical height of tank complete all as specified of capacity 10000 Ltr .

S&F in repair 3 layer Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 500 Ltr incl all connected accessories complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 15mm dia bore Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule incl nipple,union & socket of required size and fixed complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 20mm dia bore Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule incl nipple,union & socket of required size and fixed complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Coupling to joint Motor & Pump Set made of mild steel including bolts, nuts, washers & rubber bushes, suitable for 25 HP Pump Set complete all as specified and as directed.( As per sample)

Supply and fixing Coupling to joint Motor & Pump Set made of mild steel including bolts, nuts, washers & rubber bushes, suitable for 7.5 HP Pump Set complete all as specified and as directed ( As per sample)

Supply only rubber bush for 25 / 40 HP pump coupling complete all as specified.

Testing of water for all parameters, chemical and bacteriological aspect from any Govt approved / recognized Lab as approved by GE complete all as directed.

Amount of credit of Rs. 100069.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
