REPAIR TO WATER PROOFING TRAETMENT, BRICK WORK, PLASTERING AND OTHER CONNECTED MISC WORKS UNDER AGE B/R RND SECUNDERABAD

General Notes for item No. 1.00 to 39.00:- (i) water proofing treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator only, necessary approval shall to be taken from GE before commencement of work. (ii) Material required for water proofing treatment shall be procured and kept in site before taking down old tratment, after removing old roof treatment shall be covered with water proof cover till laying new treatment. (iii) Mother slab, shall be made clean and neat by buffing to complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding concrete, coving of vertical junctions on roof top, complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per Sqm over the RCC slab and sides complete all as directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm in CM 1:3 over concrete surfaces on RCC roof slab and parapets mixed with WPC 2%(Dr Fixit) by weight of cement as per manufacturer instruction shall be carried out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate is inclusive of WPC.

M&L water proofing treatment with polymeric standard membrane of weight not less than 3.50 kg per sqm and minimum 3.00 mm mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150gms/sqm) laid over primed surface by forced application complete. Shall be fused uniformly by LPG torch flame on horizontal/vertical/slope surface on roof and appplying two coat of aluminium paint @100ml per sqm over APP membrabe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall 70mm wide and 65mm deep and sweeping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3) and making good in CM 1:3 after inserting membrane into the groove complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 15 mm thick polymer modified plaster in CM (1:4) on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces in roof facias,fins, chajjas,parapets and similar locations, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using SBR latex emulsion @ 4% by weight of cement all as specified. ( SBR latex shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for joint free Roof tiles of size 300x300x10mm thick with SRI > 90 laid over & including cement mortar screed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and pointed in epoxy grout match the shade of tiles complete all as directed. Make: Endura (HR Johnson)/Nitco/Spartex

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings,heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes,150 bore of pipe, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed in position with walls including enlarging existing hole in slab, beam or parapet etc and making good with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for repairs to damaged existing false ceiling of any type including replacement of GI hanging wire, channel, Tee and board matching with existing pattern complete all as specified

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, Supply and fixing 20mm dia GI steel tubes, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm bore of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain fiitings and fixed complete to wall or laid in floor complete all as directed.

S&F 20 mm bore of CPVC plain fiitings (Elbows, Tee, Cupling & Reducer sucket) complete all as directed.

S&F 20mm Brass elbow suitable for 20mm bore CPVC pipes including fixing to the pipes complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 20mm Brass Tee suitable for 20mm bore CPVC pipes including fixing to the pipes complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for light coloured vitrified tiles of any design and pattern, 600x600x9 to 10mm thick, as in floor and skirting etc incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles. Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622:2017. including dismantling existing tile work with screed bed.

All as per item No. 33 above but as in skirting and vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement laid over 10 mm thick backing coat of cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling existing tile work with plaster complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS framed work as in tubular trusses, purlins, posts and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates etc. including necessary cutting and welding etc fixed in position as specified.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M&L Prepration new steel surface of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified.

Renewing cement concrete chequered tiles / inter locking tiles in patch, area not exc 5 Sqm including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing bed and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles, including replaced damage tiles & providing PCC (1:4:8) sub base where reqd complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Waterproofing polymer latex liquid chemical of (Armstrong roofcoat flexi 100) or Equivalent mix with cement and apply with brush as per manufacturer’s instructions on RCC roof, Chajjas, Parapets, Sunken & Walls etc all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.
