Removing excavated material to a distance n.ecx 50m and dipositing where directed at a leveln.exc. 1.50m above the starting point.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm in hard/ dense soil, complete all as specified.

M&L for Mild Steel ERW pipe 150mm bore, 5.4mm thickness, heavy grade, ISI Marked, confirming to IS 3589-1991, with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc., including taking down old pipe in any position, complete all as specified. Opening, cleaning and checking of Suction & Delivery valves, and replacing washers, gaskets and kept in operational condition without any leakages, complete all as specified.

Opening, cleaning and checking of Nozzles, valves, hose reel and hose reel drum and kept in operational condition without any leakages, complete all as specified.

Opening, cleaning and checking of Air Tank and connected accessories, and kept in operational condition without any leakages, complete all as specified.

Opening, cleaning and checking of Fire brigade inlet and rectification of defects and kept in operational condition without any leakages, complete all as specified.

Repair/maintenance and servicing of step down transformer 11 KV/433 Volt of capacity 200 KVA, comprising following work services (Make: Alfa Electricals) :- (a) Disconnection carefully of cable end termination of HT & LT side. (b) Opening of top cover by removing nuts, bolts and all mounting accessories and conservator tanks. (c) Draining out transformer oil and keeping aside in barrel for re-use and then again pouring back after necessary filteration and dehydration including top up with new transformer oil to make up the reduced quantity. (d) Replacement of top and buttom Gaskets. (e) Servicing of tap changing gears by cleaning and polishing tapping contact points. (f) Labour only for Cleaning of bush and stud both HT/LT side and refixing the same with new cock sheet as required (g) Replacing unserviceable stud and bush as required as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (h) Reconnection of all cable terminals HV & LV sides and refixing the top cover after replacement of gaskets, conservator tank in position. (i) Cleaning and heating of silica gel in breather and replenishing with new silica gel to make up the reduced quantity. (j) Connecting HT & LT side with existing incoming and outgoing cables including reconnection of earth strip/lead. Note: (i) Filteration and dehydration of transformer oil, New transformer oil shall be measured separately.

Filteration and dehydration of old transformer oil and removing of sludge by continuous circulation through transformer oil filtration plant with heater strips to achieve dielectric strength of not less than 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap of electrode as per IS-1866(1985) and improvement of acidity by minimizing percentage of acidity using chemical reagents all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and filling transformer oil having di-electric strength not less than 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap after initial dehydration/filteration conforming to IS 335 and ISI marked to be brought at site in sealed container all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Servicing of Engine of 160KVA DG set by drain out old engine oil, cleaning of sump, including replacement of [a] Engine oil of 20W40 grade make-Castrol, [b] Fuel filter element make-Cumins, [c] oil filter element, [d] Air cleaner filter element [inner & outer], complete all as recommended by the manufacturers and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge to ensure smooth/safe and efficient opreration, complete all as specified.

M&L for Servicing of Engine of 125KVA DG set by drain out old engine oil, cleaning of sump, including replacement of [a] Engine oil of 20W40 grade make-Castrol, [b] Fuel filter element make-Kirlosker/Cumins, [c] oil filter element, [d] Air cleaner filter element [inner & outer], complete all as recommended by the manufacturers and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge to ensure smooth/safe and efficient opreration, complete all as specified.

M&L for Servicing of Engine of 63KVA DG set by drain out old engine oil, cleaning of sump, including replacement of [a] Engine oil of 20W40 grade make-Castrol, [b] Fuel filter element make-Mahindra Powerol, [c] oil filter element, [d] Air cleaner filter element [inner & outer], complete all as recommended by the manufacturers and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge to ensure smooth/safe and efficient opreration, complete all as specified.

Taking down and Overhauling of radiator assy of DG set 160 KVA by disconnecting and removing from engine, dismantling the top & bottom chambers, descaling the sediments and scales, corrosion ..etc by means of acid cleaning and high pressure water washing, air cleaning, re-assembling the same with new gaskets, including arresting leakage, if any and fixing to the engine with new hoses ,clips etc as reqd Note : The rate quoted shall be inclusive of cost of required quantity of coolent for refilling, V Belt, transporting of the radiator to the workshop and back and all incidental charges.
