Demolition of dilapidated 198 TNGRHS flats (“B ” Type 36 flats, “C” type 90 flats, “D ” Type 48 flats and “E” Type 24 flats) at Sankaraperi in Thoothukudi District including demolishing the building structure in 'as is where in condition' upto the existing ground level. The site should be cleared of all debris and levelled neatly. The Salvage materials after dismantling shall be permitted to be taken away from the site after clearing the debris from the buildings and disposed away from the site to a suitable place beyond city limit and leveling the site etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers
