Demolition of PCC in ground floors n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level and removal of debris out off the premises to the location directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1(using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggr), as in plinth protection finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed

M&L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm crushed graded aggregate) in Sub -base,floor and pavings etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made cement concrete cloured chequered tile of size 250x250x25mm machine pressed (using vibro compaction method) with 3mm to 5mm thick topping in white cement and non fadeble glossy pigment (using rubberised moulded, glossy finish) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 04 but size 300x300x25mm .

S&F Machine pressed precast conctete coloured interlocking paver block gloss rubber finished any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade including joint filling with gray cement and pigment to match the shade etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 05 but above of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required incl demolition of old ones & excavation in any type of soil for laying complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone agg as in Path/hard standing Concrete laid in alternate panels & brooming the surface for depth of 2-3 mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'A' etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel any inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing , dressed stone work and precast concrete articles,and removal of debris out off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed. (inluding old septic tank) .

M&L brick work with Fly Ash Brick (Non-Modular) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 15 but except bricks using old serviceable bricks.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removal of debris out off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers (base layer 10mm & finishing layer 5mm thick) in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for three coats of white wash on new plastered surface of wall including preparation of surface etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer on new plastered surface of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for one coat of cement base paint on old plastered surface of wall including primer coat and preparation of surface etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for applying Two coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint ( UV, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint) of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives over one coat of exterior primer applied over new surfaces of kerb stones etc all as specified.

All as per item No 22 but applying one coat including preparation of old surfaces of kerb stones.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete ( reinforcement cut to facilitate demolition ) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of debris out off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in cover slabs ( for manholes etc.),chullah hoods, chajjas , shelves and similar articles with plain faces ,set in cement mortar 1:4, all as specified .

TMT steel bars 6 to 8mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standrad rail staying bolts including scuring or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 27 but except barbed wire (using old serviceable wire retrieved from dismantling ) with restraining resecuring including making good staples etc.

M&L Preparation of new or previously untreated Steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Frame work such as door or gates etc, including hooks, hold fast, locking, hanging arrangement, fastening and fixing posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. complete to similar work conferming to fe-290 Gde E-165 including dismantling existing structure etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite work 10-12mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateform and like over 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using stone dust with admixture of pigment to match shade of granite incl dimolition of existing stone/tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass ,piers,posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required

M&L 200 mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed Make:Devraj Industries, Buran, Perfect Sanitary pipe, Supreme pipe and fittings

M&L Concrete bed to drain pipes 200 bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides & surrounding of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement conctrete type C-2, 1:3:6, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate)as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) louvers and jallies, 25mm thick(measured solid), Set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mould-ings and demolition of old jallies complete all as specified.

Deduct Total amount of SCHEDUL 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs 24,000.00 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
