Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring from wooden battan or conduits (light, fan, socket or power) complete including (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulator, sockets etc. to be measured separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor etc.

M&L for point wiring with 3x1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated un-sheathed and stranded copper conductor cable (phase, neutral and earth wire) in existing concealed conduit, earth wire connected to common earth dolly. Existing pressed steel sheet Metal sunken box and modular frame plate ,switches ,Sockets are fully intact at site and need not to be replaced under this items, this item includes only replacements of the light point/5 Amp independent board point/power point circuits wire (phase,neutral,earth) at site all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Work to be completed carefully without damaging any existing items. Note: (a) Site will be available in pieces wise/completely to contractor as per availability. (b) Any damage/breaking of wall surfaces to be make good by the contractor without any extra cost and make the surface match with the existing colour and texture of walls.

(a) One light/fan/bell point controlled by one by one way switch ( switch to be measured and paid separtely)

(b) One light point controlled by two, two way switch ( switch to be measured and paid separtely)

(c) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 hole 5 Amp independent in existing conduit with insulated stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm single core and PVC insulated FRLS 1100 Volts unsheathed copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm stranded conductor as earth wire connected to dolly complete ( socket and switches to be measured and paid separately)

(d) -ditto- as above item No 6 (a) but Same board.

M&L One power point in existing conduit with insulated stranded copper conductor cable 4 Sqmm single core and PVC insulated FRLS 1100 Volts unsheathed copper conductor 4 Sqmm stranded conductor as earth wire connected to dolly complete ( socket and switches to be measured and paid separately)

M&L One power point in existing conduit with insulated stranded copper conductor cable 2.5 Sqmm single core and PVC insulated FRLS 1100 Volts unsheathed copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm stranded conductor as earth wire connected to dolly complete ( socket and switches to be measured and paid separately)

M & L for One 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amps, independent,with cables 1.5 sq. mm size PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1.5 sq mm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor single core Conforming to IS : 694 all as specified including PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor single core Conforming to IS : 694 of green colour as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly drawn in same conduit on surface of wall/ceiling in PVC conduit pipe/casing & caping with saddle and nut,screw with high strength PVC end terminal box and cover sheet to mount one piano type 5 Amp switch and 3 pin 5 Amp socket as required complete. Note: switch & socket to be measured and paid separately.

M & L for One 3 pin socket outlet, 15 Amps, independent,with cables 2.5 sq. mm size PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 2.5 sq mm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor single core Conforming to IS : 694 all as specified including PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor single core Conforming to IS : 694 of green colour as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly drawn in same conduit on surface of wall/ceiling in PVC conduit pipe/casing & caping with saddle and nut,screw with high strength PVC end terminal box and cover sheet to mount one piano type 15 Amp switch and 3 pin 15 Amp socket as required complete.
