Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Sub base of paver block complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Sand filling under floors or in paths/under tiles including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size of any pattern conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigments, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat grey cement slurry and no pigment in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for preparation of new concrete surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including priming coat complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for preparation of old painted concrete surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantiling -posts or struts (wood, steel RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground (Posts embedded in, concrete, brick work, masonry, etc)complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 M wide and n.exc 1.5 M depth and getting out for laying of cable etc in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface, work in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick/stone wall etc, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in foundation,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortor 1:4 including finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint of any colour or tint as ordered including one coat of primer coat of alkali primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Chain Link Fencing of MS Electrogalvanised wire of 4.0mm dia and of mesh size 50X50mm having weight not less than 3.0KG per Square meter including line wires fixed with nut bolts, flat iron and mild steel round bar to angle iron posts Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Galvanised zinc coated conforming to IS 4826 (Hot dip) 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and starining and fixing to any type of standrad rail straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc, fixed in repairs, as directed (each line wire to be measured) Complete all as specified and directed by Engir-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for mild steel posts and struts of size 75x75x8mm as in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets of size 40x6mm (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting, riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only mild steel round bars Quality FE-410 W (Gde-250) 10 mm dia and above cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, and binding mild steel wirenot less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Preparation of new srufaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width of girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drains or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, eaves board, fixed with self tapping screws or welding as specified,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid in cement mortar of any thicknes, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and Labour for for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete, over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) to recieve granite, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 20mm thick granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete, over & including 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) to recieve granite, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
