| 1Design and Build containment facility for grapes – CPC 1, Pune | |||||
| 1.01 | Design and Build of the containment facility for grapes – CPC 1 — comprising the construction and development of the containment facility. The project scope includes execution of Electrical Works, Plumbing Works and HVAC Systems along with all necessary support services and allied facilities. The project shall be executed in accordance with DBR/Specifications and Guidelines, relevant Indian Standard (IS) Codes, and as approved by ADB/NHB/ICAR/MoAFW and as per the directions of the Principal Scientist (Plant Pathology).
The scope also includes complete handing over of the facility and comprehensive Operation & Maintenance for a period of five (5) years, ensuring all works are completed in all respects.
(The project cost will be 85 % for design and build of the facility and 15% for the Operation and Maintenance of Services - Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance Contract (CMC) Charges for 5 years, including comprehensive warranty on the equipment, for the containment facility which will run concurrently with DLP of 12 Months).
(For implementation of site-specific EHSMP and EMoP at least 1.5 % of the total scope of works/quoted price shall be allotted for EHSMP and EMoP)
(A Provisional Sum (PS) of NR 1,50,00,000 or INR 1.5 crore will be added as a separate item over and above of the quoted amount while awarding the contract agreement for miscellaneous expenses. This PS will not be part of the stages of payment). | - | Lump Sum | 1.25 | - |

| 2.01 | Preparation of EHS Management Plan (EMP)
Preparation, submission, approval, and implementation of Contractor’s Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management Plan in accordance with contract requirements, including site-specific Environmental Management Plan (EMP), method statements, risk assessments, emergency response procedures, and EHS Code of Conduct; including deployment of qualified EHS personnel, monitoring, reporting, and compliance with statutory and ADB Safeguard Policy requirements.
