The tenderer should must have ,tested and supplied the materials / equipment(s) similar to the type specified in the schedule of requirements up to at least 80% of the quantity required during last 3 years.

For Authorised Dealer/ Supplier the supply quantity is upto 30% of the total tender quantity during last 3 years

tenderer should be a Breeder authorized seed license holder form breeder authorized seed supplier of COWPEA Fodder seeds as specified in the notification. Should have executed such item in any agriculture departments Cooperative milk UnionsGovernment schemes

The bidder should owned lease agreement of seed processing unit with valid licenseand the same should be enclosed
