20.2.2 Boring, providing and installing bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete pile of specified diameter and length below the pile cap M35 in cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with, bentonite solutions and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc., all complete, including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured upto bottom of pile cap). 400mm dia piles.

2.6.1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth,1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth , lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.- All kinds of soil.

2.27 Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

4.1.10 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:5:10 (1 cement:5coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

5.1.2 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement -All work upto plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1 .5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

5.2.2 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters , buttresses, plinth and string courses , fillets, columns , pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc.upto floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement:1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

5.22.7 Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete - Thermo - Mechanically treated bars(ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) including placing the M30 grade Athees make cover block @ 60cm centre to centre.

5.9.1 Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.and removal of form for: Foundations , footings, bases of columns ,etc. for mass concrete.- Using steel sheet with M.S.frames.

6.4.2 Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 35 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 (1Cement: 6 coarse sand).

Code No.13.1.2 : 12mm cement plaster of mix cement 1:6 (1 cement : 6 find sand)

13.2.2 15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

13.46.1 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade - New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr / 10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm).

10.25.2 Steel work welded in built up section/ framed work including cutting hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In grating, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

13.62.1 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.
