SCHEDULE 'A' (Internal Electrification work)

M&L Point wiring complete with 2.5 sqmm (Nominal area) PVC insulated flame retardant low smoke un-sheathed and multistranded copper conductor cable ISI marked in and including PVC concealed conduit of size 20 mm dia medium quality conduit accessories and fitting for 3 pin 15 Amp multipurpose switch socket combination including PVC insulated 2.5 Sqmm single core copper earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly and including suitable MS sunken box of suitable size and covered with & including 3 mm thick bakelite, laminated hylem sheet top cover etc complete all as specified. Note: Cutting job shall be done by cutting machine only.

M&L for switch Socket combination 3 pin 16 Amp 230 volts flush type fixed on laminated sheet top cover (laminated sheet top cover is included in point wiring) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosure double door 08 way SPN 230 V with earth link and bus bar complete, ISI marked, made out of CRCA steel sheet factory made, Sheet metal enclosure etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down carefully MCB distribution boxes including MCB's /Isolators of any type and model complete all as specified and directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosure double door 04 way TPN 415 V with provision of FP RCBO as incomer and SP MCB's as outgoing complete ISI marked IP 43 complete with neutral and earth link and bus bar complete made out of CRCA steel sheet factory made complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB suitable for 240 volts AC supply, SP with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 10 KA 'C' series as specified and 6 to 32 Amps all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing RCBO for earth leakage, overload & short circuit protection 230V 16Amp AC type 10 KA Double pole 100mA 2module ISI marked, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing RCBO for earth leakage, overload & short circuit protection 415V 40Amp AC type 10 KA Four pole 100mA ISI marked, complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour in replacement Sub main wiring with 2 single core 4 Sqmm PVC insulated flame retardant low smoke cable with multistranded copper conductor cable ISI marked in and including 20 mm dia concealed PVC conduit medium quality conforming to 3537 Part-I & conduit accessories with and including independent PVC insulated one single core 4 Sqmm flame retardant low smoke un-sheathed and multistranded copper earth wire complete all as specified. Notes:-(a) Cost of PVC conduit, conduit accessories and earth wire included in sub main wiring. (b) Three lengths of single core 4 Sqmm cable and suitable size of PVC conduit will be measured as one length)

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6.0mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI wire 4 mm dia (upto the cross arms) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC M-25(Design Mix) cover & frame, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I. Note :- (i) The unit rate include earthing lead and protection pipe up to 7.50 metre from top of earth plate) (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning, BEE approved, 5 star rating, water heater(Geyser), Vertical type as per suitability storage type electric operated single phase 230 volts AC 50 Hz of capacity 25 ltrs complete with vent pipe, plug top safety valve NRV etc including necessary nut, bolts, inlet and outlet connection complete all as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning, BEE approved, 5 star rating, water heater(Geyser), Horizontal type as per suitability storage type electric operated single phase 230 volts AC 50 Hz of capacity 25 ltrs complete with vent pipe, plug top safety valve NRV etc including necessary nut, bolts, inlet and outlet connection complete all as directed.

Supply & fixing PVC connection steel wire braided 15 mm size with steel nuts of length 450 mm and fixed complete suitable for all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Stop valve, screwed type, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch handle or butterfly screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed suitable for 20 mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Stop valve, chromium plated, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch handle or butterfly screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed suitable for 15 mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing Bib tap suitable for 15 mm bore pipe, chromium plated, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, both ends screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing of GI water tubing 20 mm bore ISI marked medium grade galvanised including tube fittings Viz Tees, Socket bends elbows, union nipple etc screwed and socketed joint laid in floors and fixed to walls & ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Note: Suitable size holes shall be made in existing wall for pipe entry and surface shall be made good to match with existing surface.

Supply, laying & testing of GI water tubing 15 mm bore duly insulated PUF sleeve suitable for 15 mm dia pipe including bituminous coat ISI marked medium grade galvanised including tube fittings Viz Tees, Socket bends elbows, union nipple etc screwed and socketed joint laid in floors and fixed to walls & ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' (External Electrification work)

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for pipe line, cable trenches and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for sand cushioning, with dry and clean fine river sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.)

Supply and laying well burnt clay brick old size class 'B' laid dry flat for protection over the cable, width equal to the length of brick complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable under ground PVC/XLPE LT cable of any size from trench/ wall/ roof/ Pipe/ Pole including segregation of serviceable bricks for re-use complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / fixed to wall / under roads/ hard standing /along poles and testing LT cable XLPE, insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) complete all as specified.

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / fixed to wall / along poles and testing LT cable XLPE, insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) complete all as specified.

Supply and laying for GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia for passing of cable/ laid in trences/ fixed along poles/ walls/laid under floors/ brackets for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for making of holes under road, pavement & hard standingby trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine for laying and inserting pipe upto 100 mm dia any length by mechanical drill system or auger system and making the surface good as existing surface complete all as specified and directed.
