Supply, Install, Testing and commissioning of solar Hot water system (Flat Plate Collector) based on heat exchanger type of capacity 100 LPD with electrical backup by 2 KW heating element of single Phase and 01 Nos thermostat, collectors of ISI Marked with required numbers of flat plate collectors and laser welded tubes with stainless steel hot water storage tank 100 ltrs SS heat exchanger made of SS304 pipe as per OEM inside hot water storage tank providing angle iroin staging for hot water tank with required size made out of minimum 25mmx25mmx4mm angle iron welded resting/grouted on PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 block of size 25x25x20cm including electrical connection from solar water heater to sheet metal plug top with 3 Core PVC insulated sheathed multistranded copper cable as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PP-R polypropylene random copolymer pipe, three layer, PN-1.6 / SDR 7.4, 20mm bore UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass treaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fix Gun metal globe or gate valves 15 mm, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod of high density plastic ball screwed to pipe 25mm bore, mimimum weight of 455 grams all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Gun metal globe or gate valves 25 mm, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanised iron tubing, medium grade 25 mm bore with all fitting laid on wall / floor including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting the existing 25 mm dia GI pipe and connecting up the new pipeline including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusst plates, etc. S & F rolled mild steel Fe - 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality "A". all asspecified and directed.

Supply and fox Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), double layered, hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 250 litres capacity all as specified in SSR Part -I.

Supply and fix bib taps of size 15 mm cast copper alloy with cruntch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring two run 4 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cables 1100V grade drawn through and including suitable size of non-metallic rigid PVC conduit & accessories / PVC casing & caping fixed on walls, roofs, or floors including one run of 4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable as a earth conductor and connecting up complete all as specified & directed. Note : Three runs of 4sqmm copper conductor and one run of rigid PVC conduit/ PVC casing and capping shall be measured as one length.

Material and labour for sheetmetal enclosure MCB distribution board, single pole and neutral,two way without bus bar single door, 240 volts all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 6 to 32 Amps 10 KA 240 volts, curve B rated, 50 Hz AC , all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates in copings etc including necessary formwork and weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc all as specified and directed.
