Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing) , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L Glazed ceramic Tiles,in verticle surface 350X250X7mm/ 450X300X7mm set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the existing surface over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4, for floor finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed (mixed with WPC) complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge. Note :- WPC Shall be measured and paid seprately.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3mm thick, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/sqm , reinforced with polyster non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gm/sqm and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with white mineral gravel finish, informaly embadded during manufacturing process shall only be used. M&L for Preparing surface for roof treatment by removing all looase gravel ,dirt ,oil & foreign matter by jet of dry air and clean the surfaces mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application ,provide 75X75mm coving made out of PMC mortar as above on all joints of vertical up stands to ensure does not exceed 5% immediately before application of liquid membrane material incorporation & protection to be provided ,applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm with 1st coat appllied in water ratio (ratio elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane :water will be 3:1) as primer, after the 1st coat is completly dry becomes slightly darker than apply 2nd coat with undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid in criss -cross direction with roller .spread glass fibre mesh reinforcement of 1mm thickness with overlap of 50mm in both direction when the surface is still tacky . After the drying of of 2nd coat completly apply the final coat of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid in a direction parpendicular to previous coat .the min. thickness of dry film of complete application should not be less than the as recommanded by manufacture. the overall dry thickness should not be in any case less than 1.5mm complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation, boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and frame work complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for providing and fixing Gypsum Board 8 to 10 mm thick in ceiling fixed with screws as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F 4mm thick Everest designer E-Board fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium ceiling frame work with screws complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605x605mm for false ceiling complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F hangers 6mm dia. G.I (up to 1200 mm length ) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and hold fasterners 12.5mm dia 40mm long. complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F in repair for PVC wall panelling in repair with panel of 300 mm x 4 mm Hollow section of Sintex pattern SPUF- 146 or equivalent , fixed with PVC plug and screw and inserted to next panel groove, edges and corners of all door/ window/openings etc to be covered with PVC angel fixed with solvent cement complete all as specified as manufacturer's Instructions complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames n. exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F for sollid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour pvc sheeet reinforced with m.s. squre tube complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

Supplying & fixing in the frames at site factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails.
