M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 350x250x7mm/450 x 350 x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10 mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&l cleaning of Ist manhole of any location and situation including cleaning trap, wc , soil/vent pipe, gully trap up to and including ist manhole manually or bu other machanical means by roding between trap and manhole and desludging of of foreign material sand, ashes, fiber, silt,greases,night soil etc and removing the same to out of MD land and keep the sewer line functional complete all as directed at site

M&L Cleaning/clearing of sewage line (including manholes) upto 200mm bore of any description and depth exceeding 1.00m but nexc 3.00m in depth and cleaning any type of blockage including desilting, descaling and dechocking of drain as well as manholes with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction(vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV and having facilities of high pressure vacuum and provn of hydraulic application through high pressure thermo plastic fibre based water jetting hose and conical round shape nozzle pipe and flushing after cleaning including removing the same in the tank to a place outside cantoment at the place meant for the purpose by local municipality all as directed by Engineer-in-charge .Note:- For item No 9 to 11 : (i) Necssary precautions as well as safety measures shall be taken by the contractor without any extra cost, for working in the foul conditions.(ii) The contractor shall be enterily responsible for the lapse, mishappening to any of the manpower deployed and/or to other equipment/machinary/material at the site of work during the execution. (iii) The work shall be executed with all safety measures under the supervision of highly skilled workman/supervisor without entering into the septic tank, manhole, sludge chamber etc. (a) 100mm bore pipe to 200 bore (Depth of Manhole upto 2m)

M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel, 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred, stopped ends, complete all as specified and directed at site.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm for forming fair finish drain or channel in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred, stopped ends, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up broken sewer line of any depth and replacing sewer pipe with SGSW pipe 150mm bore including jointing of pipe in CM 1:1, haunching against the sides of pipe in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded brick agg incl necessary excavation and earth work, disposal of material up to a distance of 50mtr and making necessary connection after cutting into existing sewer line/manhole to make it functional complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 90 above but 200mm dia SGSW pipe complete.

Removal of vegetation growth bushes etc n. Exc 30 cm girth from the earth of any ht incl removal of its roots, branches and grass etc complete all as specified and directed.
