(1) Beaching the Pilot Launch M.L. Musal in a safe manner – 1time (Beaching Includes Providing chocks, arrangements of chocks, positioning the vessel, engaging labours & Providing necessary tools & tackles, ropes, boats, Backhoe Loaders and all other materials required for SAFE Beaching.)
(2) Un-beaching the Pilot Launch M.L. Musal in a safe manner – 1time(Un-beaching Includes positioning the vessel for un-beaching, engaging labours, Providing necessary tools and tackles, ropes, boats, Backhoe Loaders and all other material required for SAFE un-beaching.)
(3) Under water cleaning & Painting work (Rate inclusive of paint & other consumables)
Sea growth scrapping and cleaning work
Sand/copper Slag blasting work – SA 2.5
High pressure fresh water washing 2 time (as per instruction)
Application of paintings
Marine epoxy Primer 1 coat (50 micron)
Epoxy Marine grade Anticorrosion paint 2 coat (each 130 micron)
Tie coat (100 micron)
Antifouling 2 coat(120 micron each 1 coat brown & 1 coat red)
(4) Hull Plate above water (Including aft transom plate)(Rate inclusive of paint & other consumables)

Marine epoxy Primer 1 coat (50 micron)

Polyurethane Marine Paint- 1 coat (Existing colour)
On completion of painting, Draft marks, Name in Tamil, English, Hindi to be painted on fwd (P&S sides) hull plate and aft side in transom plate as per the existing manner as per Port instruction. Also in super structure three sides, write “PILOT” in red colour reflective paint. Port emblem shall be printed and pasted on Port & stbs sides.
(5) Aluminum anode renewal work. (To be renewed as per the requirement after inspection). Rate includes removal of existing anodes, repairing /renewal of holding frames and supply and fitting of new anodes etc. Rate inclusive of necessary consumables and all required materials etc. New anode composition certificate to be furnished and should comply with statutory requirements.
