Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, raised pointing of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC Type D-2 (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation ,mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:4) including provision of weep holes including demolition of old stone boulder masonry complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser No 5.00 (here-in-before) but except stones.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks(using old size burnt bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius in CM (1:6) including demolition of old brick work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to course in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) including provision of weep holes including demolition of old stone boulder masonry complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete bonds using PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm coarse graded stone aggregate) in lieu of stone bonder and set in CM (1:6) including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) This item is applicable for item No 5 & 6 (here-in-before) only. (b) No deduction in volumes as well as in rates shall be made for PCC bond incorporated in random rubble masonry.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @3% by wt of cement finished fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded coarse stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drain bed including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channels 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms,mitred stopped ends complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete work even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ( ISI marked ) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies,type B-0, (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick (measured solid) in cement mortar (1:4), including necessary form work and mould complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC Nominal mix (1:1.5:3) , Type A-1,(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth beams, lintel, lintel band and gable beams etc including formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and above, as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser No 20.00 (here-in-before) but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade over and including a coat of cement primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls (plastered) by brooming down with steel wire brushing and applying one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of external wall by brooming down with steel wire brushing and applying one coat of cement base paint on external wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of plastered surface of wall and apply two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 40mm in granite or trap stone complete all as specified and directed.
