Note: This work comprises of (i) DAY TO DAY MAINT OF E/M SERVICES AT BAIRAGARH (ii) REPAIR/ MAINT OF MT VEH AT BAIRAGARH (iii) REPAIR/MAINT OF SOLAR WATER HEATER AND DG SET AT SI LINE The qty of individual part shall not vary beyond deviation limit specified in tender.

DAY TO DAY MAINT OF E/M SERVICES AT BAIRAGARH

NOTE: - (i) The works/items given below are for attending day to day complaints (of int. electricfication, fans, geysers, etc) by deploying sufficient skilled trades men/materials and making functional the complaint. (ii) The quoted rate deems to include for all minor expenses required for making the complaint functional. (iii) The trades man shall report to E/M complaint cell Bairagarh daily at 8.30 am to take complaints from concren JE E/M. The complaint must be attended on same day in stuiplate time period by providing material required and by deploying sufficient manpower by the contractor. The complaint slip duly signed by the user shall be returned back at the complaint cell with proper feed back in the evening. (iv) The tradesman deployed for work shall wear proper uniform with full shirt and full pant with their names & contractors name on the uniform. Colour code of uniform will be decided by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old ceiling fan/Exhaust fans/Wall mounting fan of any cap/sweep after disconnecting the electric supply from any site, checking for its electrical defect and opening fans for checking of mechanical defect after dismentling of fan, carried out repair/over hauling including removing dust and grease, and cleaning of internal mechanical parts of fan with kerosene oil, checking of alignment of shaft, oiling and greasing, checking of worn out bearing and other defective parts, winding, condenser etc and re-assembling, and connecting/refixing of fans in its original position by providing new GI nut bolt, lock washer and lock/split pin complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Rewinding and replacement of defective parts, Painting etc shall be measured and paid seperately

Dismantling of existing electric pressure washing pump (1 phase 230 volt, induction motor) form foundation and disconnecting from electrically and mechanically. Taking out the pressure washing pump and servicing /replacement its internal pressure valve by using appropriate new parts of suitable size including packing insulation paper all complete in serviceable condition of capacity 3 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance and complete Servicing of following size air compressors by lubricating oil, opening of suction/discharge line filters, loading/unloading system, checking of vee belts as required and all of internal parts of Air Compressor, cleaning of all parts, removing any deposited carbon on channels, cleaning of crank case pump, checking and cleaning of connecting rod, crank shaft bearing, replacement of oil seal, loading/unloading plunger and re-assembling of air compressor after repair and replacement of un serviceable parts with new parts, including over hauling of oil pump assy making suction/discharge connection, fixing to existing new/old serviceable Vee belt to bring the compressor ready position for use, testing on load minimum six hours complete all as specified and directed for following sizes of Air compressor :- Note (Any parts/Spares/items required for repairs shall be measured and paid separately in respective items of Schedule ‘A’ as supply only and fixing charges for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate).
