Supply and Laying and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables heavy duty with stranded aluuminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size ,of size 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit 11 KV grade cable for out door termination cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium cable of size 120 to185 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per srl Item No.3 but for cable of size 70 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Air break gang operated switch HT 11 KV , TP with 09 insulators, 200 Amps capacity currents rating with 06 post insulators type dropout fuse assembly on 11 kv insulators with fuse carriers & fuse element mounted on steel frame horizontally operated rotary type, with operating mechanism consisting of operating rod 25 bore light grade GI pipe of suitable length worked from ground level and applaying of grece for moveing parts and Jelly for male and female contact parts with locking arrangement, FI clamps 50mmx6mm including MS channels MC-100 for fixing GOD unit including nuts, bolts, and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Iron Girder HT pole of HB 150 (heavy grade) 11mtr height for making of two pole structure all as directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- Earth work, concrete foundation, Erection for two pole structure is deemed included in the quoted rate.

Supply and Fix Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25x20cm size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 800 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for cutting existing BT road/PCC of size 45cm x 60cm for taking out/laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and refilling the same in layers well ramming including watering as required and matching with the existing surface with 200mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and curing the same with wet gunny bags and removing debris to a distance not less than 50m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip of 25x4mm (upto 7.5 M in length from earth plate) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5, connected to earthing test point all as specified including earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber and RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 40 mm thick, with 8 mm dia steel deformed (TMT bars) reinforcement at 150mm c/c both ways, 40 mm dia GI light grade pipe for earth lead protection, 20 mm dia GI light grade pipe for watering , water funnel, testing point etc., complete all as specified and testing on completion.

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm GI strip in 40mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc., as required.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and depth and getting out in loose/ soft soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches beyond 1.5m but not exceeding 3 metre deep and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to underground cables 8cm thick before laying cable and 15cm thick after lying and streching the cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- For payment purpose punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 2, flat, size 450mmx l80mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing over head lines aluminium over head conductor, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Retired conductor shall be deposited in MES store yard.
