Sound Dampner 12mm on Wooden framing. Providing and fixing of Sound Dampner 12mm 1218x1218 mm made of 10 mm compressed wood cement composites 1250Kg/m3 and 2mm dampner sheet. (37 STC ). To be installed on Engineered Wooden studs on which the panels are mechanically screwed on size 47x47mm fire and termite resistant hardwood studs spaced at 600x600mm centre to centre with infill of 50mmx1000 GSM thick absorbwool tested as per Fire Retardant ASTMD 635-1991 and IS 15061-2002 for excellent results. All the joints needs to be properly sealed with special Acoustic sealant thus giving an STC upto 45.including carriage of material all leads and lifts as per direction of engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and fixing of ‘APHONY GLOSS’ 15 mm tiles made of Wood Fibre 1mm width cement composites covered with Acoustically Transparent Absorptive microfibres on the front side with an option of colours as per the choice of the Architect/ person in charge of size 595 X 595mm Highly recommend for ceilings, has excellent noise absorption of 0.85 NRC as per ISO 354/ASTM 423C, meets stringent Fire Ratings ASTM D- 876, and BS:476 weather resistance as per IS 3308, Thermal Insulation as per IS:3346-1980 with relative humidity of 90% RH at 60o Celcius(140o Farenhite) for 15 days= No deterioration. Woodlot Premium 16mm NRC 0.88. Providing and fixing of Himalyan Acoustics ‘’ Woodlot Premium ’’ with groove shade similar to Veneer face, FR Grades 2430x131x16mm made of exterior grade HDF backed with acoustical Fleece providing sound absorption of 0.88 NRC as per ISO 354.To be installed with 15mm Aluminium profile conforms to Aluminium Alloy 6063-T 6.Temper As per BS:1474-1987 and G.I Lock in clips on the back of tongue and Groove system. The density per panel is 750-800 kg/m3.The panels come with tongue & groove for seamless patterns,4-28mm Groove and visible panel. These slats are made from acoustical fibreboard with linear perforations for excellent uniformity. The perpendicular holes are available on the back of panel which are covered by black acoustical fleece. Achieves sound reduction of 0.88 NRC. Stretch Fabric NRC1. Providing and fixing of Himalyan Acoustics Stretch Fabric System on G.I studs 2400mm X 50mm web, flanges 15 & 50mm fully knurled giving it high strength, hot dipped galvanized steel with 120GSM zinc coating specially designed for Acoustic vibration management and long life with a backing 50mm thick insulation. ’Aphony Fibrette’ 600x1200x20mm tile with NRC 1.00 to be mechanically fastened on the G.I Studs. Acoustical infill of absorb wool 10mm which is adhered to the acoustical panel on the front side. Then 12mm/20mm Vinyl tracks are screw fixed on to the 6mm Ply and Acoustics panels. Then the fabric is stretched over the Vinyl tracks. The installed system should provide NRC OF 1.00.Fabric color as per Architect choice-Ref attached specifications for more details. Teak Flooring. Providing and fixing of Teak wood (Polish Optional) flooring with tongue and groove system of size 510x90x20mm. Termite treated seasoned. To be installed over FR Sound Proof Ply 16mm with backing of 6 mm Anti vibration Pad (30 STC for 16 mm as per ISO 140). To be installed directly on 16mm Anti Vibration Pad.
