Cleaning of plastered/concrete surfaces with wire brushes and removing all loose plarticles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Pin hole grouting with and including slurry for pin hole treatment and grouting using mix of OPC cement 43 grade, mixed with Dr Fixit URP 301 in specified ratio by injection method as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of Dr Fixit fast flex 113 on walls/floors including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over surfaces of Dr Fixit fast flex coating with and including mixing of Pidiproof LWP @200ml per 50 kg cement bag as a protective layer finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only integral water proofing liquid Pidiproof LWP or its equivalent approved make.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on other sides of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, benching, haunching etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

75 mm thick Plain cement concrete type C2 ( 1:3:6) (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 Sqm each) finished surface even and smooth at top without using extra cement and providing 6mm wide joints along wall and between bays throughout the thickness of plinth protection, filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and directed.

Dry sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made, Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size as approved by EIC, ISI marked (IS:15658-2006) 60 mm thick, M-35 grade (Medium Traffic), in paths,with grey cement and pigment laid tightly (colour and pattern approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

75 mm thick Plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of floors, finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.
