Excavation in foundations trenches etc.in all kinds of earth work such as spade work, pick work, Jumper work including saturated soil and blasting work and chieselling/wedging out of rocks etc. upto all depths, lifts including pumping and bailing out of water wherever required including stacking the excavated earth not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil into 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated material within all leads and lifts, useful material available from excavation to be properly stacked and handed over to the department free of cost including all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD, specification of 1990 volume-I as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, de-watering and/or removal of slush and incidentals, lift upto any heights, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs (Three meters) clear from the edge of excavation and then retuning the stacked soil in15cm (Fifteen centimeter)layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In charge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal One five millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts by all means & other incidentals:- (1) Foundation footing and basis of columns, etc. and mass concrete.

Beams cantilevers, girders and lintels side and soffits of beams bean han=unching cantilevers bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 meters in depth in all heights from floor including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Comumus pillars posts and struts square, rectangular or polygonal in plan

Surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors roofs landing and the like floors etc up to 200 mm in thickness

Providing an laying cement concrete 1;4:8; ( 1 cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregated 40 mm nominal size and curing completing excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm. nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for feinforced concrete work in: (i)Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Lintels, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level :

Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level.

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Providing and fixing angle iron door,window,clerestory window frame manufactured from steel iron section of 40X40X6 mm,thickness including hinges jamb,lock jamb,beed and if required angle thrashold ofmild steel angle 50X25 mm welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means,lugs with split end tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after preteatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

Providing and fixing factory made Flush door shutters 35mm thick (commercial both sides)including non decorative Phenol bonded termite resistant and building waterproff core of black board construction with full frame of first class hard wood and well match commercial three ply veneer with vertical grain or cross band nad face veneer on both faces of flush door ISI marked IS NO 2202 of century ply boards Ltd/Kit ply/green ply or its equivalents with in all leads and lifts as per completed satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick 2nd class deodar woog panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows. Including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws.2nd class deodar wood including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in :Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) Second Class Brick including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Brick work using common burnt clay building brick in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) First Class Bricks including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Boulder filling dry handpacked tightly in all leads and lifts including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat Cement.40 mm thick including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Kota stone slab flooring 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab. including rubbing and polishing complete.25 mm thick including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

White glazed tiles 6 mm thick in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1 cement :3 sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth (iv) Cement Mortar 1:6 (1Cement:6 Sand) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Providing and fixing moulded hand rail of M.S. hollow pipe 50mm dia welded in straight lenght over M.S. flat at top of vertical balusters including one coat of red oxide priming coat complete (M.S. flat & balusters of railings shall be mesaured & paid separetely including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Applying priming coat With ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead,Red-oxide/zinc oxide chrome over new steel & other metal surfaces after & including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt,dust and other foreign matter :- With readymixed paint other than white including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Chief.
