Repair and Renovation of Sub-Collector qtrs. at Revenue Colony Paralakhemundi (Such as providing Plastic Felt and fibre ceiling etc.) in the District of Gajapati.

Providing and fixing of WPC door frames with rebate cuts and finished cross section size 75mm x 45mm or 90mm x 50mm, including cost of all materials, cost of all labour conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading scaffolding, slaging watering and curing, T&P, etc, complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying waterproof with polymeric bitumenous membrane (Plastic felt) of 2.25 kg per sqm and 2.0mm thickness consisting of layers having center core of 20microns thermoplastic high molecolar high density polyethylene H.M.H.D.P.E film of grade 2504 including priming the surface with bitumenous primer @ 0.3 kg per sqm. providing a coat of hot blown bitumen of 1.32 kg per Sqm, applying and laying plastic felt membranc with 10 cm overlap adhered to blown bitumen of 85/25 or 90/15 grade and covered with a layer of hot blown bitumen @ 1.2 kg per sqm etc. complete.

Providing fitting and fixing of fibre acoustical suspended ceilling system with frames etc. complete including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour, Labour CESS, with T&P etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying ,fitting and fixing in position Factory made Flush door shutters of 30/32 thick ( Non sal hard wood frame fixed with 4mm BWR (ISI) ply wood on both sides of frame ) of approved quality and size including fitting and fixing etc. complete with all labour,labour CESS, all iron fittings and wooden hinged cleats as required for the work & fixed in position with cost, conveyance, royalties labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips and screened and washed sharp river sand of approved quality from approved quarry as per approved design including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting to proper thickness, watering and curing for the required period, finished smooth , providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials with labour, labour CESS , and T&P etc. required to complete the work in all respect including dewatering if required as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing ,Supplying fitting and fixing of Chequred tiles, in floors and treads on steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4(1 cement :4 course sand screened and washed) filling the joints with cement mixing with pigment matching to the shade of tile ,curing for required days , including cost of pre cast tiles , cost , conveyance , royalty of all materials, cost of all labour , labour CESS and T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
