Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm max. size including mixing, consolidation, finishing, curing, formwork etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete at all floors & levels including, supplying, cutting, bending, fixing and tying in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire including cost of binding wire, labour etc.complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor & the same will not be measured for payment. a) With high yield strength deformed bars of grade Fe-500 conforming to IS 1786.

Providing & laying Design Mix Reinforced cement concrete of M-30 grade using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including mechanical mixing, placing , vibration, consolidation, finishing, curing, providing & filling expansion joints wherever necessary etc.all Complete at all floors and heights / levels as specified including dewatering, if any ( excluding cost of form work, shuttering & steel reinforcement which shall be paid in the relevent item) as per drawings ,specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for concreting with Ready Mix Concrete (RMC)

Providing centring shuttering Form work using PVC film faced plywood to get neat form finish surface for Walls, partitions, paradi , RCC bands including strutting, proping, staging, support etc. and deshuttring after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing machine threaded Bolts of 16 mm dia.

Providing and fixing precoated with high durable polyester paint G.I CRCA 0.5 mm (min) thick steel sheets manufactured by M/s. Essar/ Jindal steel sheets make in SR-25 module of Stucco fixing over RCC roof on M S frame at all floor and locations,including bending at required angle, including necessary ridges and gable ends, valley and over lapping shall be 200 mm, fixing the sheet with self tapping SS Screws fixed with machine with bituminous washers/ GI bolt of 8 mm dia. The base metal shall be CRCA Steel having minimum yield strength of 240 MPa and minimum UTS of 280 MPa, Galvanized to 120 gsm zinc coating mass (total both sides) as per I S: 277 or conforming to AS: 3566 Class 3 of rust shield/ corroshield make including grouting over RCC slab/ columns/ Cast- in- situ PCC blocks in line level and level, at all levels including necessary scaffolding etc. complete all as per approved drawing and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Supplying and fixing supporting frame using Galvanised Iron section work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc. for cladding work at all levels and locations as per site condition, drawing and pattern as required at site, embedding inside masonry/ concrete wall, cutting of reinforcement if any including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position using 10 dia. Anchor fasterners of M/s Hilti and applying zinc coating of 460 gsm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 including welding and bolted with special shaped washers including necessary scaffolding etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing and fixing structural steel using angles, flat, plates and lugs etc. at all levels and locations as per design and pattern as required at site, embedding inside masonry/ concrete wall, cutting of reinforcement if any including cost of anchor fastener wherever required ,painting structural steel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make and one coat of approved steel primer, fabrication, welding including necessary scaffolding etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing and fixing 10 mm dia and 100 mm long Hilti make anchor fasteners for anchoring M S angle to existing RCC members including drilling holes using heavy duty drill machine as per drawing/ sketch etc.complete all as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Extra for making service door in head room cladding using GI steel & sheet ( GI steel & sheet will be paid under relevant item) including provoding & fixing 3 nos. haeavy duty SS hinge (100 mm size), 1 no 250 mm long heavy quality SS aldrop etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Providing and erecting double bamboo scaffolding using minimum 50 to 75mm dia best quality bamboos tied with coir rope and the horizontal and vertical members of the bamboos to be provided as required at spacing's of not more than 900mm apart both horizontally and vertically including providing cross supports as struts to the scaffolding properly to the building for maintenance/ repair works of external surfaces of buildings as and when required including providing necessary safety belt and helmet to the workers, dismantling the scaffolding and taking back the scaffolding, safety belt and helmet after the repair works are completed including cost of transportation, labours, bamboos etc. complete all as per specifications and directed by the EIC.
