Dismantling of old transformers of any capacity and deposit in EM yard, Morar Cantt complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary equipments, tools and plants and transportation charges deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply Installation Testing and commissioning AC 3 phase 50 cycle 315 KVA Transformer copper would step-down pole mounted, outdoor type 11000/433 volts at No load, oil immersed naturally cooled with externally cooling tubes core type delta connected on primary (HV side and star connected on secondary (LV Side) in accordance with vector Symbol DYN 11 (Vector Group 4) with neutral brought on secondary LV side and having taping at +/- 2.5 %, +/- %, +/- 7.5 %, to be changed by means of hand operated "OFF LOAD" tap changer, when measured by the resistance method after continuous full load run in ambient temperature 48 degree centigrade. The transformer shall be complete with standard fittings all as specified and confirming to IS: 335 of 1983 for oil and IS:1180 (Part-I) 1997 for transformer comprising of following:- (a) One cable box on LV side (Secondary side) consisting 4 Nos porcelain bushing rods complete with nut, washers, cable gland etc. (b) Oil conservator tank with filler type drain valve and oil level gauge. (c) De-hydration breather with first fill of de-hydrating agent (silica gel). (d) Explosive vent. (e) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (f) One No 100mm dia type thermometer, vapors pressure type having range to 120° C with metal guard having maximum, perimeter reading temperature indication with resetting device for transformer. (g) Rating place with terminal marking plate. (h) 02 earthing terminal on tank and cover for fixing earth strip of size 32 x 6mm. (i) Oil level gauge and Oil drain filter valve. (j) Lifting lugs (k) Oil filling holes with cap/plug with connecting plate complete. (l) Air release valve plug. (m) Detachable rollers -04 Nos (n) Extra bushing for neutral outside the cable box for independent earthing for neutral earth. (o) First Filling of fresh Transformer oil Confirming to IS: 335 - 1993 and tested up to 40 KV die electric strength. Ditto all as per item No.2 above but capacity 250 KVA and mounted on 02 Pole Structure. Make : ABB, Crompton Greaves, Schneider, Volt Amp & Indian Transformer and Electricals

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for taking out/laying of cables complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 but exceeding depth 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3 metre complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading watering, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 meter depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erection Pre-stressed concrete pole 11 M long 152 mm x 152 mm at top and 152 mm x 260mm at bottom class 9 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete in foundation of poles/struts/stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/coping including necessary form work, fair finishes to the exposed surface using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of HT 11 KV outdoor type ,gang operated Air-break switch, triple pole mechanically operated on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism from ground level for current level upto 200 Amps, horizontal type & earthing system complete all as specified and directed. Make : Pectil / Jaipuria Brothers / AREVA.

M&L for HT lightening arrestor, expulsion type, ISI marked, completed with fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo Amps suitable for 11 KV grade complete all as specified and directed. Make : Oblum / Jaipuria Brothers / AREVA

S&F earthing complete with GI earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 2 mm as earthing lead by means of steel bolts ,nuts, check-nuts and washers of GI of steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of MES Schedule Part-I connecting to earthing point and testing on completion with and including 40mm bore light grade protection pipe (0.5 metre beyond pit to main switch). PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 6mm dia M.S. bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6mm dia bar. watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying jointing and testing PVC bedded XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric HT UG Cable with multi stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts earthed grade of size 3 core 120 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. S&F disc type, porcelain, vitreous, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvaanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 145mm height, 255mm dia for 11000 volts grade ball and socket type single disc assembly complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of bus bar chamber made out of aluminium conductor along with Disc insulator on existing four pole for connection of HT electric supply complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of pipes galvanised "Light grade" supplied and laid complete including fittings of 80mm dia for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Make : TATA / JINDAL / ZENITH.

M&L for river washed sand, screened dry for filling in the trenches below and around the UG cable for cushioning of cable including punning down complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bricks comman burnt clay sub class 'A' laid dry in cable protection of size 230 x 113 x 75 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anti-climbing device spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round, square or flat) incl. but, bolts washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolt, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide and two coat aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts, Washers made out of 25x3 mm MS flat iron for H holes/transformers etc with 11000 voltage and danger indicated in Hindi English, size 25cm x 20 cm for HT complete all as specified and directed.
