PART ‘A’ REPAIRING WORKS

FULL/LOW HEIGHT STORAGE UNIT (LAMINATE FINISH): Providing, fabricating and installing storage unit 450 mm Depth (outer to outer) made out of 18 mm. thick commercial Block board as per IS ;1659 interior grade for the main body, intermediate shelves, platform at the skirting level and shutters. The storage back should be covered with 6mm thick commercial ply as per IS 303 (BWR grade) for the back. The storage unit to have shelves at a space not less than 380 mm. The alternate shelf should be fixed to the main body with tongue and groove joint, providing and fixing 20 x 20 mm. 1st class teak wood supports to the intermediate shelves. All the external edges of the plywood should have 1st class teak wood beadings of thick 12 mm the hinge portion should be strengthened with the help of 1st class teak wood sections 125 x 18 mm in ‘[’ shape, coping made out of 1st class teak wood member of size 40 mm x 40 mm in approved design may be provided. The grooves between the shutter and the frame shall be of 6 mm. The groove may be made out of suitable 1st class teak wood beading fixed all around. All the external surface should be finished with 1mm thick laminate in approved colour , finish / texture and shade finished in approved design, Providing and fixing cup board lock manufactured by M/s. Godrej, providing hardware fixtures such as tower bolt, ball catch, Handle , stopper. All external surface of 1st class teak wood to be finished in melamine and the internal surface in French polish sealer all complete as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer -in - charge. Providing stainless steel brush finished handles. All as per the Drawing and as directed by the Engineer In-charge. NOTE; All the plywood edges should be provided with 20mm thk beading. No nails shall be used and only screws with suitable adhesives with maximum VOC of 30g/l shall be used.

VERTICAL BLINDS (DUST GUARD : Providing and fixing vertical blinds having width 100 mm to 110 mm wide manufactured by M/s Vista Furnishing Pvt Limited with suitable manual gear system, control weight, chain, pulling string, tilting arrangements etc. all complete as per manufacture’s specification and directions of the Engineer – in charge. The contractor has to produce the delivery challan of M/s. M/s Vista Furnishing Pvt Limited to verify the make as per approved list.

REPLACEMENT OF LAMINATE ON THE EXISTING FURNITURE (TABLE / PEDASTAL,STORAGE ETC.: Carefully removing the laminate on the existing Table/work station/Full ht. storage shutter/ Pedestal / any Furniture unit without damaging the structure , if required providing and fixing 4 mm thick ply wood on the shutter And providing and fixing 1 mm thick laminate approved colour and shade , and providing and fixing T.W. molding/beading if required and it should to be finished with melamine/french polished as per direction of site-in-charge.

HARDWARE FOR TABLES & STORAGE Supply and fixing of hardware i.e. multipurpose lock, Drawer slide, Keyboard, Handles etc. with help of suitable steel screws PAN/CSK screw etc. for existing tables/Drawers/Storage Units.

Supplying of the Skilled and Semi-skilled carpenter for the various repairing works to be carried at captioned premises on 8 Hours Basic. The carpenter should provide the necessary carpentry Tools including the drill machine etc.

REPAIRING OF EXISTING WINDOW: Carefully cutting and repairing of existing window with matching angle/ bar/ flat/stray/ hinges etc. made out of various MS sections as per direction of site-in-charge. The rate includes providing and fixing of matching float glass on existing windows. All MS structures will be painted with 3 coats of enamel paint.

WALL PUTTY :Providing and applying wall putty of average thickness 2mm to 5mm in perfect line, level and plumb for ceiling and wall as per the surface to receive the paint. The rate shall include the scaffolding at all levels an cleaning. The contractor should clean the complete area after completion of the putty work etc complete as directed.

PAINTING – WALL/ CEILING : Erecting, Scaffolding at all levels, preparing the surface by rubbing the surface by sand papers of different grade, removing all dirt, smoke, grease, lose plaster etc., if any, from the existing surface cleaning the surface thoroughly and removing all dirt from the surface. Providing and applying three coats of approved quality paints over required number of coats approved cement primer in all ceilings, internal walls and internal surface of the external walls, ceilings, false ceiling etc., all complete including necessary carrying out lambi work with “Birla white putty” as per manufacturer’s specification and finished in plain, clear and smooth or rough surface as per the site condition etc., standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge with Ist grade Acrylic Emulsion paint (vinyl base) of approved manufacturer like Asian, Nerolac, ICI, Berger of approved colour, shade and pattern and design. The rate shall include the required protection by covering the existing furniture by plastic sheet so as to avoid any damage and keeping the furniture in-tact, including complete cleaning after completing the painting, removing painting marks and making good the same. All complete as directed.

PAINTING – ENAMEL PAINT to the ROLLING SHUTTER / COLLAPSIBLE DOOR / MS WORKS Cleaning the surface thoroughly and removing the external elements, if any, such as dust, dirt, grease etc., providing and applying one base coat of red oxide and three coats of Ist grade synthetic enamel paint of approved manufacturer in approved colour and brand. All complete including scaffolding, cleaning the site etc., as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. This item includes making the logo on the rolling shutter as per the UTI logo design and pattern with colour approved by the branch manager .

POLISHING OF T.W. Molding/Storage Applying of two or more coats melamine semi-gloss polished on the existing molding/railing of furniture and French polish for storage units inside area etc. after preparation of surface in good manner. The item includes polishing the edges of the shutter and the frame in melamine all complete as per the directions of the Site-in-charge.

REPLACEMENT OF FLOOR SPRING: Carefully removing of existing main glass door and floor spring and Providing & fixing of heavy duty new floor spring make Hardwyn or Ozone for existing main glass door with necessary equipment and re-fixing of same glass door on the position and complete in all respect.

REPAIRING OF EXISTING GYPBOARD FALSE CEILING : Repairing of existing Gypsum false ceiling with providing of additional Gyp steel section manufactured by M/s. India Gypsum Ltd. i.e. Angle/Perimeter/Intermediate/U-section for proper leveling and cut out for copper piping of Air-conditioning etc. Providing and fixing 12 mm thick double skin gypsum board manufactured by M/s. India Gypsum Ltd. to the frame work with the help of suitable screws in line and level. The item also includes providing false ceiling in stepped design. The joints of the boards to be finished with bonding paper. Providing and applying 2 coats of gypsum primer to the entire surface and finish the same with putty work etc. so as to be ready to receive paint. The false ceiling will be in stepped design. The actual visible area will be measured and paid. This item includes necessary cut out for the Electrical an AC service

PART ‘B’ PRICE SCHEDULE FOR ELECTRICAL SITC & MISCELLANEOUS WORKS

INTERNAL WIRING

Supply, installation, connection, testing & commissioning include the following outlet points Primary Point wiring shall be carried out with 3x1.5 sq.mm. and secondary point shall be carried out with 3x1.5 sq.mm. insulated FRLS copper conductor wires to be used. Rats for the point wiring shall be considered inclusive of circuit wiring with 3x2.5 sq.mm cable. moduler switches, Dummy plate as required, face plate, 5 sided Metal boxes complete as required or directed by Engineer In-charge. Conduit below 25 mm dia shall not be used. Circuit wiring from DB to SB shall be provided in separate conduit Cost of MCB shall not be considered in point rate. Metal back box of suitable depth be provided in the wooden partitions/walls. Medium Duty MS conduit is to be used. All drop should contain GI flexible pipe, GI adapter/coupler, connector etc. All wires of point wiring shall terminate in lighting fixture and switch board. Above false ceiling no joint in wiring shall be allowed.

Supply, laying, connection and testing of Computer Power Primary Wiring point with 3 nos. of 6A 6-Pin socket below table with 1no.16A switch above table, complete with accessories with 3 Nos of 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated Cu FRLS wire to be laid on wall/ partition/ furniture wherever required in conduit. Cost of Raceway / pipe shall not be considered under this item.

Supply, laying, connection and testing of Computer Power Secondary Wiring point with 3 nos. of 6A 6-Pin socket below table with 1no.16A switch above table, complete with accessories with 3 Nos of 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated Cu FRLS wire to be laid on wall/ partition/ furniture wherever required in conduit. Cost of Raceway / pipe shall not be considered under this item. No joint in the FLOOR JUNCTION Box for looping shall be permitted.

Light Fixtures

Providing, Installation, assembling, connection, testing and commissioning of light fixtures complete with suitable rating LED lamps, and necessary fixing Accessories.

Dismantling of existing light fixture and Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of LED Tube Light 4’ or 2’ Light fixtures with all necessary accessories

Dismantling of existing Fans and Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 400 mm dia medium duty wall mounted fan complete with cutting of wall, making of hole, and providing and fixing of hard wood frame as required.

Air-Conditioning System

SITC 25/32A SP MCB with Metal Clad socket and plug top for Split AC/Cassette AC in sheet steel enclosure inclusive with 3 X 4 sq.mm FRLS wire in MS Conduit: Supply and fixing 25/32 amps, 240 volts, SPN industrial type, socket outlet with double pole and earth , metal enclosure plug top along with 25/32 Amp "C" curve , SP MCB, in sheet steel enclosure , on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Power units for AC Starter with 3 x 4 sq mm. FRLS flexible copper conductor wire in 25 MM. medium duty M.S Conduit to be run on wall /ceiling with necessary saddles clamps and connections complete in all respect. The separate conduit and circuit is to be provided for each point. No looping will be allowed.

Supply, Installation Testing and commissioning of 2.0TR high wall mounted split AC with 5 Star rated (As per BEE standard) with 1Phase Voltage Stabilizer (170V-270V), Inverter Type as per manufacturers specification complete with remote, indoor and outdoor unit including all accessories as mentioned below. Supply, fabrication and installation of MS base frame for outdoor units complete with epoxy painting, vibration isolation pads, support hangers( L type/table type) as per site requirement inclusive of scaffolding arrangement (if required) , inclusive of refrigerant piping with superlon Insulation, SITC of appropriate Electrical Cu cables 3Cx4Sqmm, SITC of heavy duty 25MM Dia PVC pipes for Drain, chasing of existing wall, floor to lay the CU cable with proper mechanical protection, drain pipe and electrical cable with proper cutter machine and finishing the same after laying the CU pipe, drain pipe and cables with help of concrete, cement etc. If required the core cutting work also to be done and rate shall be included in this item. Supplying of the skilled Electrician with a semi electrician for removing of un-serviceable equipments, cable and wire etc. in electric panel room and redressing the same as per direction of project-in-charge and duty on 8 Hours Basic. The Electrician should provide the necessary electrical Tools including the drill machine etc.
