Supply and fix in replacement of MS forged clamps for GI pipe line and submersible pump set of size 50/40/25mm X 10mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of well cap 150mm dia internal threaded welded and including handle complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for pressure guage 0-30 PSI (ISI Marked) with 15mm valve and brass connector complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Flushing out the muddy /salt water and carrying out development and yield test for 24 hrs including removal of the mud etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Testing of water sample for bacteriologically and chemically to know the portability of water from NABL accredited laboratory complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up defective submersible pump sets capacity upto 3 HP complete with motor, 50mm/40mm/25 dia GI pipe of about 20 Nos of 3m length each, electric cable for replacement of defective submersible pump sets with electric motor and re-installations the same in the tube well with 50mm/40mm dia new GI pipe, testing, commissioning for satisfactory performance complete including testing and operated in presence of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Cost of New Submersible Pumpset, Electric Motor, GI Pipes will be paid and measured under respective schedule of items.

Supply, installation, testing and commissoning in replacement of submersible pump set suitable for 80m head, dischrge @ 160 LPM with electirc motor of suitable size (minimum 3 HP), 3 Phase, 415 Volt complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissoning in replacement of submersible pump set suitable for 70m head, dischrge @ 120 LPM with electirc motor of suitable size (minimum 2 HP), 3 Phase, 415 Volt complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 4 x 16 sqmm nominal cross section in service connections including with suitable size of lugs and cable glands etc., each cable termination is to be made with suitable size of cable glands and aluminium thimbles for incoming and outgoing cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches any type soil not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation poles, stays, laying of cables, etc., or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc., not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in and including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cms thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV type 1, flat size 250x150x40mm etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for under ground cable provided with a layer 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Punned thickness of 18cm shall be considered for measurement purpose.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised iron earth lead 32x6mm (GI strip) size, by means of bolts, nuts, check buts and washers of galvanised iron and 32x6mm earth lead protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40mm bore including provision of aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4), reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg per sqmm) and frame of angle iron 40x40x3mm and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe of suitable length for watering perforated at bottom placed on top edged of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/ dense soil, returning filling in distance not exc 50m and removal of surplus soil to plate No.3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to feeder pillars and DG set including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for water level guard (sensor) suitable to switch off pump when water level inside bore well below desired complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable, 1100 volts grade for water level guard from bore well water level to starter panel complete connecting and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for submersible three core flat 2.5 sqmm copper cable for submersible pump including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete foundation filling and mass concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing grass, shrubs, trimming branches of trees the existing borewell surrounding area alongwith pipe line both side and shifting of debris to a distance of 50m away from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
