Extra for compaction as per PWD specification as per sanctioned estmate RD 31645 Drain No. 1&2

Earth work in excavation in F&T in all kind of soil not exceeding 2 Mtr. depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches as per old HSR 6.6 (b) (i)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. mass concrete as per HSR 6.30.1

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts as per HSR 6.30.6

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies as per HSR 6.30.3

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)as per HSR 6.1.2

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work up to plinth level: 1 : 1. 5: 3 ( 1 cement : 1. 5 coarse sand (zone-Ill): graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per HSR 6.14.1

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor four level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1 : 1 ½: 3 ( 1 cement : 1 ½ coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). as per HSR 6.2.1

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) as per HSR 7.21

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing Specification Sandy material as per sanctioned estimate of culvert RD 31645 Drain No.1&2

Filling brick-bats in crates, and hand-packing by mechanical/ mannual means. As per HSR B0146 of Chapter 2 +16.30

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect below plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D kg as per HSR 6.33.6

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 30 m and lift up to 1.5 m with as per old HSR

Painting on concrete surface. Providing & applying 2 coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence and applying paint @ of 1 liter for 2 Sqm. As per HSR 27.49
