Supply of UPS 7.5 KVA with 12 V 65AH SMF Batteries as per enclosed technical specifications for KHEP projects of KPCL

The bidder should have supplied similar items such as UPS / Inverter with SMF Batteries in a single year of value Rs. 1.14Lakhs to any Generating Power Houses/Major Industries/Public Sector Undertaking/Power utilities etc., in the preceding five financial years (2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). As a proof, the bidder shall furnish single PO. Weightage of 10 % per year shall be given to the cost of completed works of previous years to bring them to the price level of present financial year.

The bidder shall have a minimum average annual financial turnover of Rs. 2.28 Lakhs during any two years in the preceding 5 financial years ( 2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). As a proof, the bidder shall furnish Profit & Loss account statement or Turn over Certificate duly certified by the chartered accountant.(A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous annual turnover to bring the current price level of 2026-27).

Suppliers PAN number and proof thereof

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.
