Supply and fixing in replacement prestressed cement concrete pole of 9 meter long having 102mmx172mm at top and 102mmx279mm at bottom including making all concerned all as specified and directed

Material and labour of opening of electrical connection and dismantling/ removing of old broken UNSV PCC pole and removing the same from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of fixing or pressed through pipe in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor saved with an inner sheathing of PVC type armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 2.5 Sqmm normal cross in services connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of street light box of PVC Make sintex consisting of 01 No MCB 10 Amps, 10KA capacity (SP) with Bakelite TPN supporter and dia rail for fixing MCB for incoming and outgoing cable with necessary connection duly fixed on the pipe with suitable size of MS clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in replacement of energy efficient LED street light fittings of 100Watt, Aerodynamically designed street light with excellent thermal management inbuilt tilt angle arrangement with IP 66 protection, individuals LEDs should have lens for better throw across & along road range 140-280 volts fittings should be provided 5KV surge protection external and apart from this surge protector inbuilt in driver for maximized protections should have lumens output of 100 lumens watt minimum protections facility in drivers. Note: LED street light fittings 100 Watt should be issued under schedule 'B'.

Supply and fixing in replacement, bracket made out 40mm dia galvanized steel tubing medium grade 1.5m long including bending as directed alongwith 02 Nos clamps made out of MS flat iron 40x6mm of suitable size fixed with bolts, nuts and washer including drilling holes and grouting with the same for fixing bolts complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include for 2 Nos nut and bolts.

Supply and fix in replacement of MS conduct 20mm dia for protection of cable from pole junction box to street light fittings including fixing of 02 Nos clamps at suitable interval complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) with standard aluminum conductor , 1100 volt grade of size 3.5 core 50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) with standard aluminum conductor , 1100 volt grade of size 4 core 35 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) with standard aluminum conductor , 1100 volt grade of size 4 core 25 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) with standard aluminum conductor , 1100 volt grade of size 2 core 16 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out from existing location/ trenches/ on pole and disconnecting old cable where new cable is to laid complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Fixing only in replacement LED flood light on building/ high mast poles etc aesthetically design fittings pressure die cast housing with IP-65 protection efficient high output emitter LED for better thermal management of capacity 150W (6000K CCT) complete all as specified and directed. Note: LED flood ligh fitting 150 Watt should be issued under Schedule 'B'

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr deep for foundation etc for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/ stays etc not exc 10 sqm in soft soil complete all as specified.

All as per item No 15 above but in hard dense soil.

All as per item No 16 beyond 1.5 Mtr depth complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in , including, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm Hard dense/ soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavation soil n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand, screened dry filling in the trenches below and around the UG Cable for insulation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 to 50m thick rough dressed Jodhpur type stone slab 25 to 35cm in width of 80 cm long laid dry abutting each other for protection to under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of surface of RCC poles and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5m height in Navy blue and white colour alternate strips each of 30cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete for PCC pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete for PCC pole complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv earthing and M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buries directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtrdeep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanized earth strip of 25x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron including 15mm bore GI pipe, medium grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, pre-cast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 re-in forced with welded steel wire fabric or XMP 9weight not less than 4 Kg per Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 40mm bore light grade GI protection pipe test point etc complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of complete LT Panel by welding of hinges, door, including door, hinges with locking arrangement and layout the LT cable in proper manner by excavation & refilling connecting and taking down existing unserviceable cable including painting of complete panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix, commissioning and testing of automatic operation of street light switch having lighting control through astronomical of sun rise/ sun set time by setting data, time and degree of longitude, latitude without of separate light sensor, enclose in sheet metal enclosed metal out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet duly painted and pre wired of suitable size duly fixing of angle iron of suitable size including PCC work if required all as specified comprising of the following :- (a) Timer switch multi functional Astroex D-21 legrand Cat No – 0047 64 -02 Nos.
