S&F in repair 80 mm dia CI Sluice valve PN 1.6 including rubber gasket joints, nuts, bolts etc all specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 200 mm bore cast iron sluice valve of Class PN-1.6, long body type, heavy duty, ISI marked (IS 14846) Bolted bonnet inside screw Non Rising Stem Renewable Seat, Solid West, Cu Alloy Seat, Stem SS(IS6603), Pressure tested B.T.P-2.4 Mpa Hyd and S.T.P-1. Repair/ Maintenance of vertical turbine pump of capacity 60 HP to 150HP any make and type (as per existing make) at area drainage installation incl lifting & lowering of pump including disconnection of motor from electric line or terminal box and discharge head from drainage line, Dismantling the turbine pump bowl assembly, Dismantling and cleaning of complete bowl assembly items such as CI bowls, impeller, lock collets, bowl bush, suction and discharge case with GM bush including pump shaft, Cleaning of all rotary and stationary parts of pump bowl assembly and lowering of pump along with re-assembling of all accessories and column pipe after cleaning manually duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive black paint on outer surface, including fixing of motor in existing position making all Electrical and supply connections and adjustment of pump load etc and testing as directed by Engr-in-Charge, re-assembling the complete bowl assembly pump with all existing serviceable parts and replace the worn out unserviceable parts with new spares including S&F gasket and balancing of assembly other small nature of indispensable items as required for repairing and making them for their satisfactory run complete as and when directed.

NOTE: - Any spares i.e. Impellers, bushes, lock nut and any other spares required for repairs/fixing/lowering of pump will be paid under respective items here in after. However the cost of fixing of above items or any minor machine works required during repairs is deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the item.

Dismantling electric motor carefully from turbine pump/panel board manually or mechanically and transporting both way to work shop and installation, re-fixing, reconnecting after necessary repairs carried out as directed by Engr-in-Charge for following sizes:-

M&L Periodical Cleaning of 3 lakh gallons capacity area drainage sump having 02 Nos chamber measuring 10.2m x 9.2m each including 04 Nos manholes of depth 6 to 8m and dia 1.00m by taking out the complete sludge, muddy water, obstructive materials like polythene paper, sand bags, wooden pieces etc, debris deposited from the sump manually by deploying suitable tools and plants and removing the same to a distance n.exc 50m from the sump and further loading the stacking particles and unloading the same through a transport with manpower to civil area including scraping with wire brushes for removing scales, mud deposited from the walls/floors surfaces and opening the blocked manholes etc before normalising flow of water complete all as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L Periodical cleaning of area drainage washout channel outlet to river Ganga by manually removing the existing deposited materials such as sludge, river sand, waste wooden pieces, branches, leaves, bags, polythene paper, sand bags, empty bottles, deity idols etc by lowering in the channel of depth 6.0 Metre from ground level and taking out all the silt mentioned above complete from valve control room to Ganga river channel (approx. 50 M distance) complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Periodical Cleaning of back wash drainage sump by scraping with wire brushes removing the scales, mud, sludge, etc. deposited from the walls/floors surfaces and removing the same to a distance n.exc 50m from site where directed all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Approx. size of the sump is 3 metre x 3 metre x 3.5 metre)

Repair and servicing 1200 mm bore CI sluice valve including rubber gasket joints, nuts, bolts, etc and removing of sludge/greasing /replacement of gland packing, painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint including testing complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair/ Maintenance, lifting & lowering of vertical turbine pump set (as per existing make) of discharge capacity 225cum/hr any make and type along with vertical hollow shaft motor of 25HP, column pipe, top shaft, line shaft etc including disconnection of motor from electric line, Dismantling the turbine pump bowl assembly carefully with out damaging any parts of the pump and setting side in pump house for ascertaining the serviceability of existing Replacing parts, Dismantling and cleaning of complete bowl assembly items such as CI bowls, impeller, lock , bowl bush, suction and discharge case with GM bush including pump shaft, cleaning of all rotary and stationary parts of pump bowl assembly and making them for their satisfactory run complete, Re-assembling and lowering of turbine pump set along with re-assembling of all accessories and column pipe after cleaning manually duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive black paint on outer surface, including fixing of motor in existing position making all Electrical connections and adjustment of pump load etc and testing complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge at Jetty Pump room complete with all existing serviceable parts and replace the worn out unserviceable parts with new spares including S & F gasket, gland packing, and balancing of assembly others small nature of indispensable items as required for repairing at Jetty Pump room.

NOTE: - Any spares i.e. Impellers, bushes, lock nut and any other spares required for repairs/fixing/lowering of pump will be paid under respective items here in after. However the cost of fixing of above items or any minor machine works required during repairs is deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the item.

Disconnecting of all electric connection from the panel board of induction motor of capacity 100HP at water gate Pump house, taking out and transporting the pump to workshop, rewinding with suitable gauge of super enamelled pre-coated copper wire including replacement of bearing / bush etc, re-transporting to site, fixing in proper position and testing on completion complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
