The Railway reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantity from sources having satisfactory past performance of same/similar items as per clause No. 16.4 of General Tender Conditions of Eastern Railways Stores Department.

The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and [or] special Conditions and [or] other Conditions specified/attached with the tender
