CHAIR DINING OFFICERS (FD/MAP/II/04) / USHA SRIRAM / LEXUS Removing the following existing unserviceable parts from CHAIR DINING OFFICERS & supply and fix new components duly polished with glossy finish to match with existing one as shown in drg and all as specified.

Foam cushion 75 mm thick 40 density for seat 450X450 mm duly stiched with cloth tepestry of approved shade and including provide 4 Nos PVC bushes for legs.

12mm thick plywood BWR Grade for seat of size 450 x 450 mm

15x30x950mm Teak wood vertical strips (Back rest stiffner)

35x50x450/950mm Teak wood front leg/ rear leg with Nylon buffers.

20x25x450mm Teak wood leg stiffner.

M&L for preparing the old surface by scrapping and smoothening with sand paper to an even finish and apply two or more coats of french polish to give a GLOSSY FINISH appearance complete all as specified and directed.

CHAIR WRITING OFFICERS (FD/E6/MAP/12) : Removing the following unserviceable parts from CHAIR WRITING OFFICERS and supply and fix new components complete and paint with synthetic enamel paint black colour two coats all as specified and as directed:-

Seat of size 500x450mm duly upholstered with superior quality tapestry cloth of approved shade and PVC lipping alround.

Back of size 500x450mm duly upholstered with superior quality tapestry cloth of approved shade and PVC lipping alround.

Arm rest of 210mm inner and 230mm outer size and one piece armrest of black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 shore 'A' hardness & reinforced with MS insert with suitable screws for both arms complete all as directed.

Rubber stopper for MS tubular cantilever type frame of size 25x10 mm.

CHAIR COMPUTER (FD/E6/MAP/01) : Removing the following unserviceable parts from CHAIR COMPUTER and supply and fix new components all as specified and as directed:-

Pedestal assembly injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon 10.50mm dia, forged bright zinc plated MS castor pin of press fitted into each prong for holding the castors with 600mm pitch-centre dia suitable for chair computer of various models heavt duty all as specified and directed.

Twin Castor wheel set of 5 nos for chair computer all as specified and directed.

Hydraulic gas lift, maintenance free, environmental friendly, cylinder tube fixed in MS black powder coated outer central column tube 38mm dia and 2.0m thick, 100m stroke length, 300N force gas pressure medium duty suitable for chair computer of various models complete all as specified and directed.

Seat base made up of MS Steel of size 275mm x 175mm with release lever for adjusting tilting and 360 degree swivel mechanism.

Arm rest of suitable sizes and made of black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 shore 'A' hardness & reinforced with MS insert with suitable screws for both arms complete all as directed.

Upholstery fabric superior quality in seat & Back of chair computer complete all as specified and directed.

CHAIR VERANDAH (FD- 256)

Removing the unserviceable cane plastic from Chair and welding wherever required, smoothening with emery paper and painting the chair completely with synthetic enamel white paint two coat including provision of 4 Nos PVC shoes complete all as specified and directed.

Re-canning of chair verandah seat 475x460 mm size and back 450x450 mm size with 3.5mm wide plastic cane all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed.

SOFA SET 5 SEATER/4 SEATER (FD-281) Removing the following unserviceable parts from SOFA SET 5 SEATER /4 SEATER supply and fix new components as shown in drawing all as specified and as directed :-

First Class hardwood arm of size 35mmx70mmx725mm made to shape.

First Class hardwood Front /Rear legs of size 70mmx35mmx530mm made to shape.

First Class hardwood Side rail for single seater sofa of size 100mmx35mmx705mm made to shape.

First Class hardwood Wooden battens size 50mmx20mmx525mm made to shape for seat/back.

M&L for preparing the old surface of 5 SEATER by scrapping and smoothening with sand paper to an even finish and apply two or more coats of FRENCH POLISH to give a GLOSSY FINISH appearance all as directed.

M&L for preparing the old surface of 4 SEATER by scrapping and smoothening with sand paper to an even finish and apply two or more coats of FRENCH POLISH to give a GLOSSY FINISH appearance all as directed.

SOFA SET 5 SEATER/ 4 SEATER (FD-281) Supply only foam cushion of 40 density, 100mm thick of size 530mm x 560mm for seat/ back of SOFA SET duly stitched with tapestry cloth of approved design and colour over malmal cloth with SS zips 560mm long Superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

SOFA SET 5 SEATER/ 4 SEATER (FD-281) Supplying cushion cover made with cloth tepestry over cloth Malmal with zips of size 560mm long matching with colour of cloth as shown and as directed.

CHAIR DINING LONG BACK FD-357 / R - 14 VSO 44R OF USHA: Removing the following existing unserviceable parts from CHAIR DINING LONG BACK supply and fixing new components as shown in drg and all as specified.

Foam cushion 75 mm thick 32 density for seat size 460mmx485mm duly stiched with cloth tepestry with 12mm thick plywood of size 485mmx460mm BWR Grade for seat all as per the drawing.
