Dismantling tile work (thickness of tile upto 25mm) in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar at all levels including stacking material within 50 metres lead complete all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling brick work at all levels by manually / by mechanical including cutiing and stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead,labour,tools required etc. complete in all respects as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications

Providing and constructing at all floors and lifts 115mm thick brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt stock bricks including providing and placing in position 2 nos of 8mm dia rods at every 4th layer, scaffolding, curing, racking out the joint on both faces etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. .for basement and ground floor.

Conveying the surplus excavated tiles & debris, boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at places inside DAE installation identified as Dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, leveling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.Lead charges for lead Exceeding 4 kilometer but not exceeding 5 kilometer

Providing and fixing VITRIFIED floor tiles in different sizes with water absorption less that 0.08% and confirming to IS 15622 of make kajaria (Grey Matt finish - 6605) (as required by Engineer-in-charge) laid over a bed of minimum 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3) including machine/hand cutting to required size & shape, grouting the joints with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of tile patterns, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per drawings and specifications. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.In flooring, tile size of 600x600mm fixing with 20mm thick bedding in cement mortar 1:4

grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width,using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling /grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Size of tile : 600x600 mm)

Providing and fixing PVC corner beading / nosing of approved quality and colour at the corners and edges of the ceramic tiles dadoing including finishing and embedding in the wall etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing White Vitreous Indian water closet of Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440mm OF Parryware ( C01111C) or other equivalent make with integral type foot rest with 100mm China ware P or S trap, One no. 10 liter High level or low level white PVC flushing cistern (E80901C) with flush pipe & bend with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS:7231,angl cock (T9926A1) and PVC 15mm Inlet connection (T991299), with all fittings and fixtures, 15mm stop cock complete including all connection, embedding in position commissioning, cleaning etc. all as per drawings and specifications and as directed at site.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated PVC (CPVC) pipes having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC Plain & Brass threaded fittings, fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing This included jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC Solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same.including testing of the joints complete as per direction of engineer in charge ,concealed work,including cutting chases and making good the wall etc.(25mm (1") nominal dia pipes.

The lockrail shall be 50mm wide and 25 mm thick. Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side up to seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube chilies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding .
