Excavation for foundation / pipe trenches in earth, soils of all types, sand, gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50 metres and lift 0 m to 1.5 m, stacking and spreading as directed, normal dewatering, preparing the bed for foundation and excluding backfilling, etc.complete. All as specified in special conditions and particular specification and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge/OC Contract.

Excavation for foundation / pipe trenches in hard murum and boulders, W.B.M. road including removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50 M beyond the area and lift 0 m to 1.5 m, stacking and spreading, normal dewatreing, preparing the bed for foundation and excluding backfilling, etc. complete. All as specified in special conditions and particular specification and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge/OC Contract.

Excavation for foundation / pipe trenches in hard murum and boulders, W.B.M. road including removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50 M beyond the area and lift 1.5 m to 3.0 m, stacking and spreading, normal dewatreing, preparing the bed for foundation and excluding backfilling, etc. complete. Excavation for foundation / pipe trenches in hard rock using silent explosive & by controlled blasting, including trimming and levelling the bed by chiselling where necessary and emoving the excavated material and stacking it in measurable heaps within a distance of 50 metres from the area and lift 1.5 m to 3.0 m, normal dewatering, excluding backfilling, etc. complete. All as specified in special conditions and particular specification and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge/OC Contract.

Excavation for foundation / pipe trenches in hard rock using silent explosive & by controlled blasting, including trimming and levelling the bed by chiselling where necessary and emoving the excavated material and stacking it in measurable heaps within a distance of 50 metres from the area and lift 3.0 m to 3.5 m, normal dewatering, excluding backfilling, etc. complete. All as specified in special conditions and particular specification and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge/OC Contract.

Conveying materials obtained from road cutting including all lifts, laying in layers, breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grades and section from the site of excavation to the site of deposition as directed with all leads and lift. All as specified in special conditions and particular specification and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge/OC Contract.

Supply only 200 mm bore dia spigot and socket end R.C.C. pipes in standard lengths class NP-2 manufactured with Sulphate resistance cement suitable for jointing with flexible rubber ring confined gasket joints all as per IS : 458-2003 (second Reprint -2007) at GREF Centre site including inspection, transportation, loading, unloading, stacking etc, complete. All as specified in special conditions and particular specification and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge/OC Contract.

Supply only 300 mm bore dia spigot and socket end R.C.C. pipes in standard lengths class NP-2 manufactured with Sulphate resistance cement suitable for jointing with flexible rubber ring confined gasket joints all as per IS : 458-2003 (second Reprint -2007) at GREF Centre site including inspection, transportation, loading, unloading, stacking etc, complete. All as specified in special conditions and particular specification and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge/OC Contract.

Supply only 400 mm bore dia spigot and socket end R.C.C. pipes in standard lengths class NP-2 manufactured with Sulphate resistance cement suitable for jointing with flexible rubber ring confined gasket joints all as per IS : 458-2003 (second Reprint -2007) at GREF Centre site including inspection, transportation, loading, unloading, stacking etc, complete. All as specified in special conditions and particular specification and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge/OC Contract.

Lowering, laying, jointing including hydraulic testing and commissioning of 200 mm dia spigot and socket end R.C.C. pipes class NP-2 jointed with cement mortar 1:1 or rubber joints as per IS : 458-2003 (second Reprint -2007) including cutting the existing sewer line of any size for addition alteration, inserting new Tee's/bends/fittings, reduce the required length/ dia, proper jointing the pipe with suitable materials, making good the disturbed lines/areas at site etc, complete. All as specified in special conditions and particular specification and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge/OC Contract. (Note : The rates inclusive of shifting of stores from yard to site, jointing materials, transportation, labour and new hardware fittings as required for functional aspects complete).

Refilling the trenches with available excavated stuff with soft material first over pipeline and then hard material in 15 cm layers with all leads and lifts including consolidation, surcharging, etc. complete. All as specified in special conditions and particular specification and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge/OC Contract.

For road Restoration work at Sewer line crossings

Providing, Laying, Spreading and Compacting graded stone aggregate Grading - I as per Table- 400-1 of MORTH Specifications for Road & Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) Granular Sub Base (GSB) 150 mm thick (compacted) (with Stone Aggregate) including supply of material, spreading in layers watering and compaction all complete. All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge/OC Contract.

Providing, Laying, Spreading and Compacting graded stone aggregate Grading - I as per Table- 400-1 of MORTH Specifications for Road & Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) Granular Sub Base (GSB) 100 mm thick (compacted) (with Stone Aggregate) including supply of material, spreading in layers watering and compaction all complete. All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge/OC Contract.

Providing, Laying, Spreading WBM 75 mm compacted thickness of stone metal size 63 mm to 45 mm, grading No 1, as per Table-400-9 with type 'A' screening as per Table 400-10 and satisfying the physical requirement as per Table-400-8 of MORT&H specifications, spread, rolled, hollow made up to form true surface blinded and compacted to gradient and camber required all as specified. All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge/OC Contract.

Preparing of WBM surface including scrubbing, cleaning, laying and compacting pre-coated stone chips 0.343 cum (13.2 mm - 0.229 cum-passing 22.4 mm sieve and retained on 11.2 mm sieve and 11.2 mm - 0.114 cum-passing 13.2 mm sieve and retained on 5.6 mm sieve) of stone chips mixed with 18.25 Kg of binder (VG-30) and providing liquid seal coat by applying bitumen @ 9.8 Kg/10 sqm of road surface and binded with stone chips (6.7 mm size) 0.09 cum/10 sqm and rolling complete (Premix 25 mm thick with liquid seal coat), compacted thickness 25 mm. All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge/OC Contract.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 7.50 Kg per 10 sqm (using BPD). All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge/OC Contract.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using bitumen pressure distributor @ 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm on prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom, all complete as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H specifications. All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge/OC Contract.
