Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry or PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate), block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, concrete surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs and depositing where directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces in two layers of 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 as under coat and 5 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 as finishing coat, finished the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs and depositing where directed.

M&L PCC Type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, levelling course, kerbs water troughs and the like including use of formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC Type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work and facilitate to cut reinforcement and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs and depositing where directed.

M&L for high yield strength deformed TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for high yield strength deformed TMT steel bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix (using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) as foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix (using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) as walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses.

M&L for providing steel formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified.

M&L for providing steel formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter, for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose type of soil.

Removing excavated soil material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose soil.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section of posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

S&F rolled mild steel in joist channel angles or tee sections fixed as in main and cross beams purlins, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B.

S&F mild steel work for hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC Type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) including taking down old existing steel barbed wire complete.

M&L for restraining, resecuring including making good of existing barbed wire fencing including tying at crossings with galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc.

M&L for 4mm dia plain mild steel wire, galvanised class 3, in fencing/ cloth line including straining and fixing to wood, concrete or steel posts and/ or to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured) including taking down old existing galvanised mild steel wire complete.

S&F punched type concertina coil of 610 mm dia (5 spiral per running metre) made from 2.50 mm dia high tensile spring galvanised steel wire of tensile 1500 Mpa with razor shaped blades of 0.50 mm thick, 10 mm length and 12 mm width, at 25 mm spacing centre to centre including taking down old existing galvanised mild steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1 mm thick PVC coated chain link fencing wire mesh of size 75 mm x 75 mm, made of 4 mm dia MS galvanised wire, to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of GI wire binding complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

S&F for mild steel work of framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165.
