Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

In cement mortar

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing,cement, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite stone slab colour black, Cherry/Ruby red

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm

Applying priming coat:

With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out heavy iron grated door or window (jail pattern or existing) with locking arrangement after cutting out from walls and refixing the same including mending all damages.[Mending charges to be paid separately]

Applying epoxy based reactive joining agent for joining the old concrete with fresh concrete to be applied within manufacturer's specified time as per manufacturers specification. (0.4 Kg / m² of concrete surface).

Cutting to requisite length or shape departmental R.S. joists, channels, angles, tees, plates etc.(Payment to be made on area of cut surface)

Providing and fixing exterior quality Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP)wall cladding on existing Al. /MS frame work with GI brackets, ACP fixed on the existing frame work by folding the edges of ACP panel (Engraving the rear surface of ACP sheet) with CP angles, cleats and strainless Steel screws forming groves at the periphery of ACP panel. Such grooves filled with foam and silicon sealant etc. complete with all materials (but including the cost of silicon sealant), labour, scaffolding and all other incidental charges complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Mode of payment is on finished surface area of ACP)

4mm thick (0.50mm Al.+3.0mm LDPE +0.50mm Al. PVDF coating)

Supplying Weather Silicone sealant of approved make and brand for fixing of grove line between the Glasses as per direction of Engineer-in charge. for Structural Glazing/Curtain wall. Weather Silicone sealant for filling the Grove line between Glasses or any other material for facial work

Providing and fixing in position of trilingual letter made of stainless steel (grade 304) of size 12" (approx) each including of 2 nos. logo made of SS (grade 304) with meenakari as per colour combination of the logo (Design attached as annexure A), one at left side of size 18" x 24" (approx) and other on right side of size 24" x 24" (approx)). Line spacing shoud be 3" (approx) between each line and border clearance 4'' (approx) all over. Color and design as per approved by Engineer-in-charge including necessary accessories like ss screws adhesive, nuts-bolts etc all complete with including fitting charges, syundries, scaffolding etc. and any other specification which are not mentioned in the item are to be as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of decorative LED type electrical light & fittings for illuminating logo and nameplate installed at the main gate. Recess light fittings should be installed properly which must not be visible from outside but when it glows the matter on the name plate should be visible from far away. For outer decoration, Spot lights (Minimum 15 watt) should be tiltable in nature and suitable for outdoor use. Appropriate wall washer light fittings should be included. All the LED light fittings must be maintain CRI>80, 120lumen/watt. 3 core 1.5 sqmm. copper flexible FRLSH cable must be considered for all internal wiring and 3 core 2.5 sqmm copper flexible FRLSH cable with PVC casing/conduit pipe must be used for circuit wiring from existing source (aprox circuit length 15 Mtr.). All the work will be exucuted as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
